Popular destination ,easy to park and traditional Italian fare delicious with Italian staff a delight in carrying the theme as if in Rome. Fresh Pasta and Salmon Tartare as well as a Fritto Misto standouts. Have the Cianti to cap it off. Thought a table for 2 from 6.30 out by 8 would be a problem but timing was good and service fast and fresh and friendly with great ambience

I ordered online the Ravioli Verdi con Zucca e Amaretti in Salsa al Fossa which was a shocking small portion. The taste was good but as I reviewed the photos before I hoped to get it with way more sauce (just a drop on top) even I know that through delivery the presentation is different. Maybe I should experience the restaurant in person but for a delivery definitely too expensive for $31 (Pasta $26) and portion size + amount of sauce to small. Sorry guys.

Hi There, We agree, Maybe you should give a restaurant a shot in person!
Unfortunately the delivery services don't give justice.
A portion of pasta might look small when in a Take away container.. and it would have a different visual affect in a plate.
hopefully you will come to the restaurant!
Best regards

Disappointing. Old lasagna. Tough bread. Expensive. A tablespoon of beef for $18. Nup. Not good enough.

Great place to eat on a cold Monday night in Bondi Junction. Warm welcome despite not having a booking. The place was full after they gave us a table.
Food was excellent - lasagna was just delicious according to my family and my tuna was cooked perfectly and tasted delicious.
Deserts were forced down only because the main courses were so generous, but were equally delicious.
A little on the pricey side - but maybe that's because I'm used to QLD prices!

I live close to Osteria Riva, so I go back every time I want some italian food, at least once a month, reasonable prices and really good food, good choice of wines too.
