Where do I start? Smelly bedding, dated mattresses where you feel the springs against your back, AC not working, dirty washroom, yellow water comes out of the faucet, shower floor sloped the wrong way and water sits all night after taking a shower, poor food at the buffet and coffee is terrible. I switched to tea for the first time ever in my life. No drinking water, they provide 2 small bottles for the entire day. I got a free room upgrade after complaining, but again smelly pillows, sheets and covers, dusty floor and faulty AC. Temp inside the room reached 26 C despite the AC being on all day. It was better to slide the balcony door open for some fresh air. Again complained about the AC, Nothing was done. How can this hotel carry the Ramada badge? What a disgrace. I expect that Ramada hotels provide the basic amenities at a minimum. This dump is rated at 5 Star? Is this a joke? I have been in 3 and 4 star hotels around the world which were better. Avoid this place if you can.
Management please don’t respond and say you were disappointed to hear this. I am more disappointed that you are not improving anything despite previous complaints by others.

Well i went to Ramada hotel with my family and upon check in there was delay for almost 30 minutes! Even the check in was at 14:00 PM and we arrived there at 16:00 PM!

and then we went to our rooms ( 2 rooms ) and the surprise was terrible! (i will up-lode some photos so you can see in your eyes

· the rooms was very dirty and really bad, i couldn’t take a shower when i saw the bathroom, the dirt was at the floor and its like it never been CLEANED!
· the mugs(cups) they were very dirty and they put them random and the thing under them is a in a mess
· the garbage at the toilet was very old and rusty and you will see it at the photo
· the phone was broken and it wasn't working , so it like ugly decoration !!!!


so after that i went down to speak to the Front office manager , the one who should help me the most, and with attitude he told me that ( i will send someone to clean the room and now go and swim when you come back you will find everything good) and after 4 hours we came back again to the room but no one has cleaned anything and everything the same!!

and will not forget that we tried to open the door 4 times but it wouldn’t open and they called the maintenance 3 times but still! Not working

but the most choking thing that they told us at the reception that ( sorry we are full today we can’t move you to another room) even the Front office manager before 4 hours told us that he will move us! Miscommunication very bad in the FO department

next day( same door issue , same cleaning issue, same dirtiness in the room) so I went down to the duty manager Mr. Nael and I told him everything that happened with us , he told us that 30 minutes and we will move you. And that’s what happened, they moved us to a bigger room and connected and the best part that the room was clean! But still the AC wasn’t working! But better than the old rooms

and if we call them when we need anything they take a lot of time to bring the things that we ordered such like cleaning the room!

Thanks for Mr. Nael, the only one who helped us during our stay, unfortunately everyone else was UNPROFESSIONAL!

When it was winter valley it was amazing but now I will let you decide what the best word to say….!!!

Ramada Resort is a good hotel with nice rooms and good view. The pool area is very good and also the beach. For a 4 star hotel I would have expected that the water was able to get hot, but it didnt get really hot. The food is too expensive compared to the fact that there are no alternatives and it is not allowed to bring food or drink from outside. The food was not good enough compared to this fact.

From the day we arrived all through our stay till the day we left it has been an unforgettable experience and we felt very much at home during our stay. The exceptional friendliness & hospitality was reflected at all levels of the staff & our special thanks goes to Mashhour.A.Qassem for answering all our queries & booking our rooms.

As requested reservation had booked the two connecting room for us on the 4th floor & we enjoyed the peace and quietness the rooms offered coupled the excellent facilities offered by Ramada. The dinner and breakfast buffets were exceptionally good with many choices to suit everyone's taste and despite the fact that each day package tours were arriving, the staff made sure that there was never a shortage of the services offered.
There is also a Shuttle service that takes the Guests to the Private Dead Sea beach where towels and free Dear Sea mud is available. Later we also enjoyed the services of the Spa.

It is a big resort with so many tourists arriving each day, there is bound to be some negative reviews, but this Resort is worth every Penny. Try it for your self and you wouldn't be disappointed.

Dear Ramada, I do not know where are your 4 stars, but I have noticed a lot of irregularities. Half of my time i travel, but i never seen a 4-star conditions like this: smelly rooms, dirty bathrooms, hair and mold in the bathroom, old furniture, cigar burnt curtains, noisy and dated mattress, poor breakfast, doubtful products. I also have a travel blog and I will be careful to advise people to avoid losing money on such accommodation. Stayed at far better/cheaper 2-3 star hotels than this. Managers should focus more on room cleaning and replace those old mattresses.
