Warm welcome in this place that combines old interior with modern touches. Excellent champagne as a starter combined with delicious tastes of small dishes. You can eat à la carte or go for the 4, 5 or 6 plates menu. If you choose that, the whole menu can be served as a surprise. Very good balances of fresh acid tastes with good structures. Except for one wine (the Languedoc chardonnay), the accompanying wines were superb. This dinner certainly is worth a Michelin star !
