Munnar is a very beautiful place and Siena village enhances the beauty of the place by such a beautiful rooms. The hotel is on hill and its ambience is very nice. We were in delux room and truly enjoy the experience. Candle light dinner was very nice , but I guess when guest are less they provide room service only no buffet will serve. But overall great experience and love to visit again
We had have booked this hotel in advance directly with them. Upon arrival we were shown our Luxury Suite which has ground floor dining area and sitout area, first floor has bedroom, bathroom, jacuzzi & balconies.
Morning breakfast was nice and dinner was served at our room upon our request.
Trip to Kolukumalai was also arranged by them.

As such there's nothing, however TV could be provided in room as well
Also, one most important and distinguishing thing was that they were always there to listen and help you out.
Verdict: I'll definitely stay with them during my next visit to Munnar.

Room is good , size wise. Basics like Keetle and dryer, toothpaste was not present.
The hotel has amazing location, just perfect to sit in your balcony and view the majestic beauty of Munnar! The duplex rooms are very good, so make sure you book these ones, as the views from these rooms are priceless! Food is tasty and reasonable. Service of the staff was also very good. All in all, would highly recommend this hotel if you are looking to stay for a few days at Munnar and enjoy the stunning views!
Resorts location is very good. hotel structure is very different from others. The resorts having every thing which will be expecting by us on top of the hill... Food quality is good & economical than other hotel & resorts in Kerala in terms of north Indian food is concerned... Resort having own vegetable , fruits garden in his premises... staff is also very polite & cooperative..... we had a great time in this resorts & we will strongly recommend this resort to stay in every aspects...... free ii, & kids play area is also available...
Right after stepping in this place, I found myself very satisfied with my selection of Siena Village as family holiday spot. People in housekeeping and room services were very kind and prompt in their work. Delux rooms have absolute stunning view from the patio and had memorable stay for 3 days. Best place for kids and family. There are many things to talk high about this resort. Flip side is wifi connection and its flickering connectivity was little annoying. That is only reason I am not giving 5 stars. I will definitely make another visit here again
