Nice change from hussle bussle of the city

Spent 3 nights here to relax before heading home to Melbourne and after nearly 6 weeks travelling asia.
Had a lower level villa on main stem about half way. Large rooms with great windows and views.
Great for views along coast.
Very comfortable with good beds and nice bathroom with proper shower cubicle overlooking the water.
Also has a balcony to watch the sea life.
Had a small issue with aircon cutting out but maintenance soon fixed that.
Very fast check in.
Has plenty golf type buggies (or bicycles) to run people around if you dont like to walk. We walked everywhere.
Tried 3 of the restaurants and all very good. We especially liked the seafood fixed menu at Stimboat.
Buffet for dinner and brekky in main cafe was good with big selection.
We liked to walk the 2 side beaches in the mornings. Plenty shade and seats in restricted Avani area. But we also walked length of the beachs. Lovely.
Water is not Aussie crystal clear but still nice. My wife loved watching the sealife from our balcony.
Be a great place for kids.

a beauty sunset lookup resort hotel

avani located in Sepang area, out from the busy Kuala Lumpur. Suitable for those from Singapore and looking for local tour, Melaka, Bukit Melawati and Putrajaya, by road, you should stop by here for good rest. This villa type rooms, oversee the sea, you can opt for beach games, go-kart and paintball games too.

WHAT'S AROUND

F1 Sepang International Circuit
Mangrove River Fishing
Putrajaya

Also suitable for those come for F1 , Grands Prix event, here is the solace place to sleep after a hectic day.

Avani Trip

Awesome resort to be at. Great scenaries, great facilities and worth every penny you spend on. Down side was the car parking allocations. Other than that everything was perfect. Breakfast buffet was delicious and the vicinity was near to 'Kampung' restaurants for hearty and classic meals.

Great concept

I really liked my time at Avani resort, liked the concept of villas over the water in a shape of a palm tree.

Our room was really spacious & comfortable.
My personal highlight was the shower "with a view" & large balcony. The beds were very really great. I think however that the housekeeping could do a bit of a better job- there were hair on the floor when we arrived and plenty of staines on the curtains.

The breakfast was very good, plenty of choice and very friendly staff.

We tried the BBQ restaurant at the sunset beach and it was amazing. Very tasty, freshly prepared food & great service.

I liked the infinity pool area a lot, but not so much the beach.

Overall very good experience, although I found a few FOH team members not really friendly and didn't like their attitude, especially the lady who checked us in.

One big critic point for me is the in-house taxi solution offered by the hotel. I took an Uber from the airport and paided 35RM, the hotel offers a taxi service for 130 RM and since it's so remote it's hard to get an Uber back to the airport. I found the service really overpriced and kind of shameless to charge nearly 100RM more than regular taxi service.

Thank you very much for your positive review following your stay, I was happy to read you rated us well, with some noted constructive points!

Rest assured that all positive feedback will be shared with the team for their encouragement, whereas simultaneously we will look into any constructive thoughts for potential improvement where possible.
Taxis are hard to come by due to the remoteness of the location (I am sure you will have noticed that Uber / Grab / etc cant be found in the vicinity). For this purpose we found a company willing to have cars based at the resort, unfortunately but understandably as such costs for this service will be harder. Alternatively, guests can use the free shuttle to go to KL daily.

We look forward to welcoming you back in due time, and our aim upon such time will be to elevate your experience to the next, 5-star rating level.

A rich experience - Peaceful, serene, inspiring, motivating, energetic stay. Very good service, awesome view from the rooms about the sea. You can experience different facets of the sea - calm, sleepy, noisy, mad, wild, soothing...
