We just had our wedding at Avani over the weekend and I just want to write this review to give a pat on the shoulder for the event crew, namely Elaine Cho and team.

The dedication and the over and beyond work that she has done is worth mentioning, not forgetting working overtime. Also worth mentioning is Hizam for making sure the set up went ok.

It was really a pleasant stay at Avani Sepang Goldcoast with my family. The hospitality and cleanliness has made our stay a memorable one. The booking process was easy and checking in was hassle free too.
Surely we will be back!

1st time experience in this resort:
1. Superb place with nice sea view (hope can get to see the sunset after this)
2. Friendly staff
3. Clean room
4. Haven't tested the meal as when I booked the room via booking.com, I am not taking the breakfast package

Located 45 minutes from KLIA, 1 hour 45 minutes from Kuala Lumpur. Surrounding with Seafood area (Ikan Bakar Restaurant).

Nice landscaping and few shuttle to hop in. Parking area a bit far from hotel area, but it's okey because hotel shuttle is ready for you 24 hours. (Shuttle service to Mitsui also available)

Many activities can be found at Avani such as Go-Cart, Watersport, visiting Mangrove area and cycling around the resort. (Scooter also available for rental)

Nice hotel room and very good room and reception services. I don't have any complaint to make during my visit.

Swimming pool very breath taking view in front of open sea and a private swimming area if you like to go to the beach.

A few cafe if you like to chill from morning till mid nite. Accepting Debit or Credit Card.

Very Amazing place to stay with family. I love to come again!

Good facility and service. However, my stay was spoiled with faulty aircond in one of the room. Waiting for more than 1 hr for the repair. Finally have to change room late at night. Later, found out there is no remote for tv, or coffee, tea or sugar at the minibar. Have to make several more calls for various problems.

I booked it for my birthday and was delighted that the hotel offered a complimentary cake for this occasion. However, it was disappointing that they actually given me a cake that was as hard as a stone and stale. I know this is out of goodwell but if you are not able to provide a good one, i rather you don't offer! Anyway, this place location is not convenient and extremely far, not value for money, breakfast not so fantastic. The balcony completely cannot use at all as it was fill with sand or mud, how possible can anyone enjoy sitting and not even want to walk out.

Thank you very much for your review, though as per your rating we certainly have not been able to meet your expectations during your stay, on behalf of the Management and Team of the Resort I would like to apologize for any mentioned lapses of service / product during your visit. We will address the cake matter with the Chef, as we prepare all cakes for special occasions fresh and as such will need to find out the error during your visit.

Rest assured that our focus will be to review and amend any areas of concern, in an effort to improve, hoping through this to receive better ratings going forward for any visit from yourself or any other guest.
