Good hotel bad bad bad food

Was put in ballroom for breakfast. Food scattered everywhere in such a cheap setting.
Room aircond not working but was fixed. Environment is fantastic. Totally enjoy the stay due to environment. Else I will totally be pissed

Thank you very much for your review following your stay, though your rating is below our desires, rest assured we will address issues that are within our control for improvement. On behalf of the team I would like to apologize for any lapses of service encountered.

Due to the large volume of guests during peak school holiday weeks such as during your visit, we add extra venues to allow for the large number of guests, yet I will see with the team how we can improve on the extra venues based on your feedback, which has been well noted and appreciated.

the room although is big is a bit run down. the tv remote is not working. room is dirty with dust and hair lying around. award winning pool badly needs overhaul on filtration system. i think maybe toilet seat cover is slightly crack if i can remember. only thing good is the gourmet coffee served by very kind waitress during breakfast. for the high price that is charged i will definitely not recommend to anyone. plus the short beach and sunset view is disappointing.

Environment is nice, staff service is good.

Check in a bit slow

Every room has a balcony which guest can enjoy breathtaking view of ocean.Room are clean and spacious.Free designated parking lot located a bit far which is outside hotel area.Park inside hotel area considered as valet parking.

Resort is quite big and clean, staffs are friendly. Family Villa considered big for 4 of us with 2 bathrooms. Buggies are frequent and takes you to the doorstep, van available to take you to car park outside. Sea water looks clean, no rubbish but water is not clear, can't see fishes. Nice views at sunset. However, if you would want to explore further outside the resort, driving out takes you at least half an hour to reach town and further. This area is quite remote, probably all that you can enjoy is within resort. Free bicycles provided within the resort but limited choice and conditions not so good. Morning breakfast was fine with good spread just that as usual had to be early, 'cus not all items will be refilled.

Visited last night and checked.in around 4pm, was not too crowded , check-in process was smooth but it took roughly 20mins (hot at the lobby And while waiting for the buggy to pick us up) , room was given but the air con wasn't functioned well and the house was so warm, engineering team tried.their best to solve the problem twice yet we requested to change a room, Mr nazli gave us a room which was ready to move in just 10mins after we raised the.problem to him, you did a good.job Mr nazli, however we didn't change the room at the end.

On the other hand, you may enjoy some activities by just staying at the hotel, may consult call center for more details on that.

Overall.It's a nice place to spend for 2 nights and I'll definitely come back again and recommend to my friends.
