Weekend well spent

Love the place. Saw some improvements from my previous stay. Love the swings near lobby area. Breakfast buffet spread was good.

Went there during school holiday, so it was packed. Buggy service can be improved in terms of frequency to cater hotel guests.

Do check the aircond for Room 071: tripped.

Very our of the way not really in Sepang, nice and quiet but many bugs at night time. Cannot get to ocean from room, very deceiving in pictures tidal water so very shallow beach dirty. Breakfast was good but swimming pool very small. Eddie was good man at the pool, entertainment good at night then everything quiet at 10pm.

On behalf of the team I would like to apologize for any lapses of service encountered. I will however equally share your positive feedback towards Ediie to reward him for his excellent work.

Receiving constructive feedback helps us a lot, and as such, aside from forwarding any positive comments to the team for encouragement, we will certainly have a look at areas of concern in a positive manner. Obviously being situated on the straits of Malacca the tidal changes influence the hotel scenery to a large extent.

We do hope you will visit us again to witness some of these improvements, hopefully leading to a 4 or even 5 star review upon such time.

Family villa comfortable for my family... Double standard service for costumer buying from great deal website (fave) and breakfast not including. Bicycle provided not enough and not in a good condition.

I was very much delighted to see your 5-star rating for the resort, and obviously much of that credit goes to the team for having provided you with an excellent stay.

Package deals are created based on competitor offering and in agreement with the hosting partner, but rest assured we will take your feedback on board for any fture package sales.

It goes without saying that I will share your very generous feedback with them, hoping they will be encouraged by your words to continue doing the great job they do for our guests on a daily basis.

Was put in ballroom for breakfast. Food scattered everywhere in such a cheap setting.
Room aircond not working but was fixed. Environment is fantastic. Totally enjoy the stay due to environment. Else I will totally be pissed

Due to the large volume of guests during peak school holiday weeks such as during your visit, we add extra venues to allow for the large number of guests, yet I will see with the team how we can improve on the extra venues based on your feedback, which has been well noted and appreciated.

the room although is big is a bit run down. the tv remote is not working. room is dirty with dust and hair lying around. award winning pool badly needs overhaul on filtration system. i think maybe toilet seat cover is slightly crack if i can remember. only thing good is the gourmet coffee served by very kind waitress during breakfast. for the high price that is charged i will definitely not recommend to anyone. plus the short beach and sunset view is disappointing.
