A Remarkable Experience

Our stay at this lovely place was wonderful. The villa, the service, the food were all above par. Housekeeping was quick and efficient, the buggy service was always on time. Breakfast was delicious and fresh, served by the nicest people who made us feel more than welcomed. Farizan, our first buggy driver, called us his guest and took care of us. My husband has special needs when it came to food and Farizan made sure his need were met by suggesting a personalized menu by the amazing chef at the Chinese restaurant. Kris enjoyed his food thoroughly. Azlin, from the spa gave me a relaxing facial and the perfect pedicure. Ask for her by name. Tarieq from the concierge was quick to go the extra mile with our requests and always with a smile on his face.
If you're looking for a luxurious vacation, Avani Sepang Goldcoast, is the place to be.

It was a pleasant staying above sea water and waking up to the sounds of wave. Our 2 bedroom villa was very nice. The resort is beautiful and tranquil. However, for a 5 star expensive resort, the food, especially buffet breakfast was very average at best, in terms of spread and taste. And if the staff at the Bila-Bila restaurant could tone down on the clanging of the dishes, it would be better.

All in all it's a nice place to rest if you've had a busy time, for a few days. The resort is extremely large and was quite busy when we were there because of school holidays. We stayed in a family villa, and all the villas are bungalow style, but don't expect to swim in the water. It was a little difficult to leave to go to the town to get things or even use an atm, sometimes we needed to wait over an hour for a taxi. If you're looking to do activities this probably isn't the place for you. It's a very relaxing environment.
There's quite a few restaurants in the resort, 6 from memory, and all are delicious. The staff at the resort are phenomenal and always ready to help. It was a good experience to have for a few days.

Love the place. Saw some improvements from my previous stay. Love the swings near lobby area. Breakfast buffet spread was good.

Went there during school holiday, so it was packed. Buggy service can be improved in terms of frequency to cater hotel guests.

Do check the aircond for Room 071: tripped.

Very our of the way not really in Sepang, nice and quiet but many bugs at night time. Cannot get to ocean from room, very deceiving in pictures tidal water so very shallow beach dirty. Breakfast was good but swimming pool very small. Eddie was good man at the pool, entertainment good at night then everything quiet at 10pm.

Obviously being situated on the straits of Malacca the tidal changes influence the hotel scenery to a large extent.

Family villa comfortable for my family... Double standard service for costumer buying from great deal website (fave) and breakfast not including. Bicycle provided not enough and not in a good condition.
