Other than cleanliness of the room and view, the rest are great. The facilities are well maintained and the staff services are great. We had great stay and experience in this resort. They need to improve the cleanliness of the room especially after previous guest checked out. The facilities in the room should also be frequently checked by managers and maintenance.More

Taking safety measures
Airconditioning always turn off. So i have to wakeup & turn on the aircond. Room not so cold. But overall stay, i am very satisfied. Food for breakfast also please provide more so all guest can enjoy ur food

We have taken note of your feedback on the room AC and noticed that the setting was setup on auto so the AC will control based on the ambiance temperature. We have adjusted it back to normal setting. Sorry about that.
As for the food, we have made some adjustment to the menu. Will update this by early Feb.

We really enjoyed our stay and would happily visit again. The staff are very nice and helpful, especially our dedicated buggy driver Mr. Anuar who has been nothing but the best buggy driver with his great personality and very friendly. Overall it was a great stay.

The resort is still very well maintain & bed is very comfortable. During this RMCO, many facilities like water sports & bicycles are not open to guests. Swimming pool is very small for such a big resort and only allow 10 persons in the pool for every 1/2 hour slot. Still a great get away from home after long lock down. Resort is doing a good job to sanitize the common places to keep in safe for the guests.
