Great sea view and vibes, great food, decent gym, easy access to the beach, beautiful walks in the compound, excellent service even after my trip.
I left my apple watch charger & they shipped it back to KL immediately and I received it in 1 day.

Upon check-in we were supposed to bring sent to the room with a buggy.. but the guy left us at the restaurant and ask us wait for the next buggy to bring us to the room. i waited for half an hour but no one came. Complained several times to the worker and reception but no buggy came although the sign there clearly written max. 15 mins of waiting. my elderly parents and kids cant wait so long so i asked them to walk to the room first.. i was stranded there with all our luggages. in the end, i had to carry the luggages by myself into the room. Fellow travellers, think twice before booking this hotel!!!

-Waiting time for check in takes about 3 hours.
- no priority for paid customer to check in on time even though you paid for RM1k
room per night.
-There wasn't enough food during breakfast, and the staff took a long time to replenish it.
