What a fantastic experience! We took the morning mangrove river cruise, and to our surprise, it ended up being a private tour just for us. Dave, our guide, was incredibly knowledgeable, sharing fascinating insights about the mangrove ecosystem and helping us take beautiful photos. Our boat captain, Abang Jaini, made sure we were well looked after. We got to see local wildlife, feed the monkeys, and even plant mangrove seeds, doing a bit for the environment. It was a memorable and meaningful adventure—highly recommended for nature lovers!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Avani Sepang. The place was gorgeous, with warm, wooded rooms, cool winds and splendid views across the horizon. The staff presented exceptional hospitality, from the reception to my meals and at check-out. Mr. Bazmeer, the duty manager, stood out for his warmth and professionalism. At breakfast, I found the spread delectable, with local and international choices. The teh tarik was particularly delightful - creamy, rich and not too sweet, one of the best I've had, further complemented by the captivating tarik of the teh by the restaurant manager, Wan. Wan, Lorenza and others truly made the meal memorable. My sincerest thanks to everybody for their world-class service.

Staff menace need to be improve.Instead of solving matters,staff argue back.Food wise not up to standard. Parking need upgrading..charges guests n limited space.

To improve, the hotel should implement a system where room numbers are tagged on the bags, ensuring they are delivered promptly. Additionally, the reception staff (lady) should be trained to respond more professionally and not blame customers for service lapses. Overall, customer service (receptionist) and car parking should be improved! Not everything was bad, and there were definitely some bright spots during our stay. We are happy with the food, the restaurant staff, the buggy riders, room cleanliness, facilities (except parking) and activities provided.
