We went here because of the $1.99 special on the door. The $1.99 special didn't disappoint, and was well worth it. Not sure about the other drinks that sell for $4-6 though, in which we bought 2 as well. Once you get into the $6 range, there's lots of choice for bubble tea in that plaze, at least 3 other places with better bubble teas.
The décor inside is very sparse. They have a lounge area to chill, but it's just a couch and a few chairs, and a TV. I'd liken the décor to someone's basement where they put all the older furniture that doesn't match.
I guess it's good for kids to go study, but I wouldn't say this is a "Fashionable" place to go. Of the bubble tea places in the area, I would say this place is a bit below average, except for the $1.99 special (which is probably the best value in that plaza).
