Milford is a small town along the Delaware River about and hour and thirty minute drive from Philadelphia. It is along the corridor that includes, to its south, Frenchtown, Stockton and Lambertville. New Hope is across the river from Lambertville. There are numerous bed and breakfast and small inns in the area as well as plentiful arrays of quaint stores and restaurants in each town. The Ship Inn, an English style pub and restaurant is located on its main street (Bridge Street) and is a micro-brew that serves its own beers. Bobolink Dairy Farm, an artisan cheesemaker and bakery, is located near this town and offers walking tours of the farm grounds on weekends.
