You will feel lost to the rest of the word, surrounded by nature with access to different trekking paths that reach the Tamadaba Natural Park. Our house is just 5 minutes away from the sea by car, and surrounded by the most secret beaches on the island. In Agaete, the closest village, also a few minutes away, you can find real Canarian restaurants and a well preserved historic center.
In the summer, the sun shines for 12 hours on our solarium. You can also refresh yourself in our swimming pool or in the Jacuzzi, private and only accessible to our house guests. The Jacuzzi has been designed to be used by children, having no pool curbs and only 50cm depth. During sunset you will be able to hear the sounds of nature, local birdlife nesting in the heights of the majestic Valle de Agaete. At night, you can also enjoy the rare experience of watching the stars with no light pollution.
In the interior of the house we offer you all the comforts of a modern house, large bathroom with 2 showers, air conditioning in the bedrooms and living / dining room / kitchen; Windows on the ceiling to sleep watching the stars and everything with a very neat decoration that we hope you like; Appliances, mattresses and new furniture, wide access and windows that next to the interior garden make the interior fuse with the exterior of the apartment.
We have the service of heating the water of the pool and jacuzzi. It is not necessary at almost any time of the year, nor for most customers, it also has a significant energy cost, but is at your disposal.

The owner promises, that there are no Partys allowed... but yesterday and today there is loud music and some people having a party! :( we are here to enjoy the tranquillity of our holidays. He should reject the people which dont respect the privacy of others 🤬

Exklusive Ferienwohnung mit besonderen Details
Für uns als Familie mit 2 Kindern im Alter von 11 und 13 Jahren war diese Unterkunft einfach perfekt. Wir waren begeistert von der Wohnung, den vielen besonderen Details und vor allem von dem Pool mit Whirlpool und der Dachterrasse. Für uns ist im Urlaub Ruhe und ein schöner Ausblick wichtig. Die Terrasse direkt vor der Haustür ist ideal gelegen mit Blick auf die Berge, das Tal und in der Ferne auf's Meer. Während in Agaete Wind wehte und sich Touristen durchs Dorf "quetschten", genossen wir die Ruhe und relativ windgeschützte Lage im Tal. Nur zum Fisch kaufen sind wir ins Dorf gefahren. Wir können die pescaderÃa direkt im Hafen empfehlen.
In der Wohnung hat uns das Bad mit Doppeldusche und einem Mix von modernem Design und alten "Vintage" Möbeln gefallen. In den Schlafzimmern befinden sich Dachfenster direkt über den Kopfenden, so daß wir "unter den Sternen" einschlafen konnten.
Die Hausherren sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und es ist alles tip-top organisiert.

No es lo que esperábamos
Muchos espacios para hacer vida al exterior, con preciosas vistas y el jardÃn muy cuidado. La decoración es muy original, cocina bien equipada y el aire acondicionado nos vino genial porque hacÃa mucho calor. Nos encantó haber podido llevar a nuestra perrita. SIN EMBARGO... FALTA MUCHO MANTENIMIENTO en la piscina y jacuzzi: el agua estaba turbia como si no se renovara o filtrara hace tiempo, tenÃa la pintura levantada en el fondo y paredes. Las camas balinesas y cojines de sillones exteriores manchados y viejos y solo habÃa una sombrilla, la otra estaba rota y desmontada. A tener en cuenta que NO ES UNA VILLA, es un piso (muy bonito, eso sÃ) con vecinos debajo y al lado, y en la terraza/azotea te ven los vecinos de al lado.
