The Villa was perfect for us. There were 7 of us aged between 1 and 81 and we had everything we needed, all appliances are of a high standard. The location is great too, not a tourist hot-spot but plenty of good bars and restaurants. Everyone loved the pool which seemed to be the perfect size.

Stayed for 11 nights in July. Nice and clean house that meests expectations from pictures and decription fully. Very helpfull and nice hostes - Marie and Franck.
Many shopping posibilities in the area and a short walk for aboute 10 minuts to the beach. Would recommend to everyone.

Villa beautiful pictures don't do it justice. Marie and Franck wonderful hosts both with getting property ready early, arranging transfers and answering our many questions! Villa immaculately clean, spacious pool large and kept clean by Franck coming early mornings. Couldn't recommend highly enough thank you Marie and Franck

This villa is fantastic. Spacious, light and airy with so many touches to make it comfortable. I don't think we've ever had a better equipped villa. And the pool is wonderful. Not many places have pools as big. Marie and Franck were the best hosts. Marie even gave us a lift to our next stay. We are definitely looking to return.

Marie and Franck were very hospitable hosts, providing excellent communication for our stay in the villa and also recommendations for restaurants they use locally and in the city of Murcia.
The villa is very well equipped - it has all the equipment needed to host 8 people in terms of kitchen equipment, loungers and outdoor seating (which isn't always the case for villas with beds for 8 people). The pool is also large (approx. 10m length) for a private villa pool.
The villa is a short walk to the beach. I would definitely recommend this villa as a base for the Mar Menor area and Marie and Franck as hosts.

Wir waren für eine Woche mit insgesamt 10 Personen (6 Erwachsene, 4 Kinder) verreist. Alles an unserem Aufenthalt in der Villa war perfekt!!
Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Alles ist sehr sauber und neu, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der Pool und die Außenanlagen sind ebenfalls hervorragend!
Es war für uns alles liebevoll vorbereitet und die Kommunikation mit Marie hat perfekt funktioniert. Sie hat uns stets bei allen Fragen weitergeholfen und hat sich um alles gekümmert.
Diese Villa ist wirklich sehr zu empfehlen und die Beschreibung stimmt zu 100%!

We have had an amazing week stay at Marie and Fran...
We have had an amazing week stay at Marie and Franks villa. As a family we ranged from the ages of 71 to a 7 month baby. Marie and Frank have thought of everything for the villa, the home comforts, cleanliness and hosting were fantastic. We all strongly recommend a stay here

We had a wonderful break at the villa. The villa was spacious, clean and extremely well equipped for all our needs. Marie and Franck were excellent hosts, very attentive and helpful, with recommendations for places to eat and things to see and do. Would highly recommend a stay here.
