Fairfeilds cottage is a 1 bedroom cottage which is set in grounds approaching 4 acres with a 50acre apple orchard adjacent to the property this is ideal for walking or just taking a leisurely stroll.
the cottage has been recently re furbished to a very high standard.
there is a double bedroom suite which has a seating area with a sofa bed
this can me made up on request it is ideal for 1 adult or 2 children.
there is a fully equipped kitchen with dining area and a lounge seating area.
there is a great pub/restraunt within a 10 minute walk of the cottage this is called the Royal Exchange and comes highly recommended.
there is a local fuel station only a 5 minute drive away which also has a londis store.
the cottage has its own private garden with seating for 3 to 4 people.

About the neighbourhood
Hartpury is a small village about 10mins from Gloucester and 25 mins from Cheltenham and Tewksbury.
the area is great for outdoor activities and the thriving Gloucester docks is very close buy were you will find many shops restaurants and a cinema.
Hartpury is perfectly located for access to the Cheltenham races and has a large racing community
How to get there
please follow the signs for Hartpury and when entering the village look for the Royal exchange public house across the road from the Pub is a road called broad street take this road which is sign posted Ashleworth.
drive down the road approx. 700 yards until you see the national speed limit sign.
you will then see a private lane on your right hand side turn down this lane and follow it to the bottom and bear left were you will see a set of wooden gates and a sign for frog trotters cottages.
the gates will be open on your day of arrival drive through the gates and you will see the parking area on your righthand side.
