Buen apartamento si estuviera bien mantenido. PodrÃa ser Luxury, pero en las condiciones que nosotros lo encontramos deja mucho que desear.
Al entrar nos encontramos con enchufes rotos, soportes de toallas rotas, insuficientes vasos, algunos de ellos rotos, no habÃa vajilla ni cubiertos suficientes, y eso que nosotros solo eramos tres, sin sabanas, sin un cepillo para barrer y lo peor de todo muy sucio cuando entramos. Tuvimos que irnos a comprar productos de limpieza para poder dejarlo en condiciones.

Loved the duplex but after 3 weeks with no air conditioning and several texts to management company we finally received 1 mobile con unit for a 3 bed!!! We were also provided with 2 fans!!! Not enough! After spending a year saving for this holiday we had 3 weeks of stifling heat at night!!! I seriously don’t think this duplex should have been let out with insufficient air con! The washing machine was broken on arrival and soon after we arrived we had run out of towels and the bedding needed to be changed! A week later this was replaced. Thank goodness! We also found dirty cutlery, dirty oven trays, which were put obove the kitchen unit in hopes we may not need them !!! In all we had to wait in for 3 days for washing machine and air con men!!! Not happy! Such a shame as we would have the booked this duplex for next year for another 4 weeks!

We are sorry that the air conditioning company were not able to repair the problem with the air-conditioning.The owner did provide the mobile unit and fans.It was unfortunate that the washing machine broke but we had it replaced as soon as possible. It is likely that guests put the dirty items up above as all the normal dishes were put through the dishwasher, but the cleaners may have missed items not in the normal place. I hope it did not detract too much from your holiday as it is a lovely apartment.

It is a 5-minute walk to Aldea beach where you can sunbath and enjoy lunch at a beach restaurant. Water sports are available.
There is a convenience store at 3 mins walk and a supermarket and restaurants at 3 mins drive. Inc a great fish & chip shop and an excellent curry house.
Lovely Puerto Duquesa is 5 mins drive. There are a variety of bars and restaurants clustered round the marina.
Golfers will enjoy golf courses such as Sotogrande, San Roque, Estepona or Valderrama Golf, all within easy reach.
Further afield, Gibraltar makes an interesting day out. Don´t miss the apes and the new "sky walk"
