All bedrooms have either en-suite bathroom or shower room and all linen is provided. There is ample storage within the property with all bespoke and antique furniture. It has a separate utility and WC so plenty of room for your guests. The lounge is again light with high ceilings and patio doors with three large sofa's and plasma TV & DVD.The garden is enclosed & private with large lawn and patio area with garden furniture and BBQ. The garden is overlooked by the kitchen and lounge where four patio doors open up making it perfect for alfresco dinning. There is parking for 4 cars which is off road and easy accessible to the property. Michael's Port is based at The Rising Sun Farm, the owners are your only neighbors and you are welcome to enjoy our large garden and collect eggs from our free range chickens. The Rising Sun Farm has not been a working farm for 25years. There is a welcome pack to get you started and plenty of tourists information and free WIFI.More

East Devon is a beautiful area with traditional sea side towns such as Lyme Regis and Sidmouth. There are plenty of coastal paths to explore with breath taking scenery. The are many family attractions such as Creally, Escot and the Donkey Sanctuary for all ages and interests. The area has many great towns and villages with quaint country pubs and restaurants for foodies to enjoy. East Devon has a laid back and warm atmosphere for visitors to the area.
How to get there
The property is very close to the A30/A303 (2 minutes drive) & 10 minutes to the A35 so centrally located. The property is easy accessible to main roads avoiding narrow country lanes.
