I had the pleasure of staying in this apartment for almost a month in Nov/Dec 2020. The apartment will exceed your expectations.
The host Nathalie goes to great lengths to ensure guests needs are catered for - she has carefully planned the complete refurbishment of the apartment and added small touches to make guests feel very welcome on arrival.
The apartment does of course offer the most fantastic view of the Atlantic and Patalavaca beach with the resort of Anfi del Mar in the distance. I have been coming to the area for over 20 years and it is well supplied with good transport links (around 30 mins by car to the airport) with excellent restaurants and shops nearby.
For those guests wishing to stay longer as I did, I can definitely recommend the apartment for working out of. The wifi is super fast and reliable and Nathalie has provided services such as Netflix free on the large flat screen tv.

* Great added touches - free bottle of Cava on arrival and loads of towels, beach towel, beach equipment (parasol etc), complimentary toiletries, dishwasher and washing machine tablets etc

Wonderful
Fantastic, newly renovated apartment, with a real luxury feel. And with a very serviceminded host who have the apartment the extra thouch, with luxury articles in the bathroom, cold Cava on the kitchen tavle, and on the veranda she had a lot of things for the kids to play with at the Beach, put there espacially for our stay 😊
We loved the location, which Makes for easy walks along the Beach for both Arguineguin and Anfi Beach - and even Puerto Rico. The two oldest kids loved the Beach just outside the apartment, since it has since it had some big waves to surf on. The location is also great for walking up in the mountains. Just cross the roundabout outside, walk a few meters, and you can start on one of the slopes up to the cross, and keep walking from there. The bud to Las Palmas also stops just outside the apartment.
Great stay, and we hope to be back again next year 😊

5 Star apartment in every detail.
Everything was as described and probably the best apartment for 2 that we have rented. Location is excellent for restaurants bars etc. Nathalie responded to all communications immediately and we would hope to return again.

A 5 stars apartment with a amazing view and a 6th star for the sevice!
This apartment Doñana 926 has recently been completely renovated. Its 50M2 with a balcony and the result is amazing. The entire interior definitely has the quality of a 5-star complex hotel. Only I would give a 6th star for the fantastic service Natalie (owner / host) gives you. We visit it for 3 weeks and it was more then great.
The interior is so complete and everything has been thought of. Certainly the design and equipment of the kitchen. At many other apartments or hotels this leaves too much to be desired. Everything looks perfect and the cleaning in advance is fantastic thanks to Lynne. Bathroom is perfect! Alle the photos is exactly what it is! The location is of course the highlight. This apartment is located directly at the sea and has a beautiful view with spectacular sunsets. It is also quiet there. The large bed is fantastic and is very comfortable. With the elevator down and you are on the beach of Patalavaca. The buses stop just in front of the Doñana complex. If you have a car, it can be parked in the closed parking lot. Patalavaca has a small boulevard with various restaurants. Also under the Doñana complex you have a supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, hairdresser, doctor, car rental, Wellness and massage Therapist is all present. To the fishing village of Arquineguin you can walk along the coast or up along the boulevard with a beautiful view of the sea. Renting bikes you can do it very easy and its fantastic to cycle around the coast or in the mountains. You can also go directly into the mountains for a long walk. It has been proven that this place has the best weather climate in Europe and that has not been lied to. I have been coming to Gran Canaria for more than 25 years but this is definitely the best place and certainly the best accommodation there is. You see not only tourists (Playa del Ingles) but just also locals and that makes this area special and friendly. I know that Nathalie also has 2 other apartments in the Doñana complex that are of the same quality.
I'll definitely return!!!

Is as advertised - very good
Patalavaca is one of the best places to stay weather-wise ie on the sunny, less windy side of the island & has a nice beach. Reasonable restaurents nearby. Puerto Morgan is probably more attractive with pretty harbour & good beach.
This apartment has everything you need & Nathalie, the owner, is very helpful answering queries etc. A slight disadvantage is that in Nov the sun shines on the balcony from 1.00pm but it's only a 5 min walk (via elevator) to the beach which is sunny all day & there's light sunbeds to borrow from the apartment.
We enjoyed watching sunsets with a sundowner & would certainly return.

Perfect stay in a quiet area
Stayed here for the second time and experienced a very nice apartment at the beach. Room was clean, welcome gifts when we arrived and a superb view. We spent the week combining cycling and relaxing and the stay was perfect for this. All the best reccomodation for the apartment and place !

Amazing View
Wonderful view from this apartment overlooking the beach. It literally cannot be beaten.
Apartment is of a very high standard with everything you would want for a stay. Very helpful host who was always available with advice.
Several restaurants and shops nearby so you can get everything you need close by. Bus stop and Taxi rank right outside the Apartment building.

The place to stay in Gran Canaria!
Just had a lovely week in this apartment! Wonderful view. The apartment is very nice and clean, with good quality beds and TV. Internet was good (Wifi in apartment). Nice if You have to work. We did do a lot of cycling and workout, it was perfect coming home and use the wasching machine for training clothes. Not worse to use the elevator directly to the beach!! Also we got two big towels for beach! That’s vacation. Nearby is everything You need, shops and restaurants. We visited Restaurant Palmgarden just up the hill one night. Superb. The restaurant in ground floor by the beach - Cabosuroeste, is very good too. The bus stops just outside the building, and there is also a Taxi station there. The friendly host did everything to make the stay nice. Good information before, always available when questions, and quick response. She really wish that You should have a nice time and come back! We will, and she has two more apartments in the building! One just nearby in 9th floor, just renovated. The third I think is in 11th floor, soon ready for guests. So if You are many people, everyone can stay. No doubt we will come back here!

Appartment with amacing view in the best part of Grand Canaria
The holiday (5 weeks for one of us) in this apartment was very satisfying. The apartment itself matched the pictures we had to see in advance. The host Nathalie was very welcoming and helpful. The area had everything we needed within a very short reach. So the stay was far beyond expectations and can be clearly recommended.

The microclimate in the south of the island, especially the area between ArguineguÃn and Mogán, is characterized by a nice and refreshing breeze during the summer, thanks to the trade winds, meanwhile in the winter time it is affected by the Atlantic cyclones, which give it a pleasant spring-like temperature. These constant temperatures, an ideal grade of humidity and the very little days of rain make this climate unique. The area between ArguineguÃn and Mogán is known to have one of the healthiest microclimates in the world, relieving respiratory diseases such as asthma or allergies, rheumatism, etc.
Getting around
You will find public transportation in front of the building with direct bus lines to the airport (line 91). Taxi stations are also in front of the building. There is free secure parking for one car (based on availability)

How to get there
Directions to the Doñana building in Patalavaca:
From the airport, take GC 1 sur. Take the Arguineguin exit and merge on GC 500. Follow the signs for Arguineguin and go through to the village of Arguineguin. Pass the roundabout with the Whale Tail. The next roundabout has a tall sculpture that looks like a Picasso-inspired sculpture. From that roundabout, you will see the Doñana building on your left.
** If you need a transfer from the airport, I can make the necessary arrangements for you. The pre-arranged transfer is 60 euros. The driver meets you inside the airport by the exit from baggage claim with your name on a sign, (a regular taxi is around 70 euros).
