Bookshelves sit either side of the fireplace with a flat-screen television with Netflix on the left-hand side and some framed prints tastefully adorning the walls. There is an armchair in the bay window with white tier-on tier tracked shutters, controlling the amount of natural light entering the room. BEDROOM The first bedroom is directly across from the living room and is suitable for a child/ infant as it offers some toys, a single bed with sliding storage drawers, a built-in wardrobe, an additional chest of drawers and a large window toward the back of the property. There is a dining table to seat around five people and a high chair. This looks out onto the colourful private back garden beyond. BATHROOM There is a stylish monochrome bathroom on the same floor. It comes complete with a large bath with an overhead shower, a WC and a single wash basin with storage cabinets. MASTER BEDROOM Downstairs another short set of stairs is the spacious master bedroom with a super-king bed in the center of the room, bedside tables with lamps, a chest of drawers, a generous built-in wardrobe and a large bay window with shutters. SHOWER ROOM This space offers a shower and a single washbasin. GUEST BEDROOM The third bedroom currently has a single bed, a baby crib, a large chest of drawers and two free-standing double wardrobes. OUTDOOR The back garden can be accessed through the doors from the kitchen/dining area. This includes a small paved patio area and a lush natural grass lawn. Home Truths No smoking or parties! Whilst the homeowner’s dog will not be present during guest stays, this property might be unsuitable for those with allergies. A dog is welcome after having checked with the Veeve team before booking this property, and dog bed and bowls are available on request. Please also note that the back - garden studio will be locked. A security deposit of GBP 495 will be pre-authorised by Veeve from your credit/debit card 2 days prior to your check-in date. The deposit will be released after departure, subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.More
