The apartments are non-smoking. You can use a small beach near the apartment house as it is located right on the seafront. Alternatively, a 2-km long shingle beach, Kulina, is only 300 m away along a small bay. The bottom of the beach is rather flat, which makes it suitable for children and less-confident swimmers. Paklenica National Park has over 150 kilometres of maintained hiking trails. The trails range from easy recreational paths to more demanding ones that lead to the Velebit peaks (Vaganski vrh 1,758 m and Sveto brdo 1,753 m and so on) and require several days to accomplish. One of the bike (and pedestrian) tracks passes very close to the apartment house. In one direction it leads to the center of Starigrad–Paklenica, passing by the main entrance to the park in Velika Paklenica. Heading in the other direction, it goes all the way through Seline. The educational track “A Short Journey through History” is part of this route. Look for the five boards presenting the history of the area from prehistoric times to the present day. A windsurfing school and windsurfing rental site is situated on the shingle beach at Kulina, about 300 m from the apartment house. The location of the school is suitable for the beginners. The sea bottom there is rather flat and the waves usually are not too high. A special deal with the windsurfing school allows us to offer good prices for training packages and equipment rentals.
