On property amenities include: a large centralised pool with waterfall; Jazz - a french fusion return; Bourbon Street: three tennis courts and a full-press lighted basketball court. GUEST BRACELETS allow access to many VIP areas usually reserve for members only. Relax at the VIP pools and beaches on comfortable beds and giant pillows while the friendly staff make sure you have a great time and keep the glasses full. The advertised price is for a two bedroom suite. Depending on your party size we are also able to offer have smaller accommodation. A Presidential studio for $120.00** per day, and a one bedroom suite for $150.00** per day. **Please note this price is for accommodation only, it does not include the compulsory All-Inclusive Service Fee. This fee covers all food and drinks, allowing you to relax and indulge with some of the best cuisine the Caribbean has to offer in all of the fantastic restaurants and bars at the resort, and it is payable to the resort upon check in. The current rate is $85 per person per day however this is subject to dates and will be confirmed upon booking. Children age 3-12 years pay half price, under 3 are free. The All-Inclusive fees are payable directly to the resort upon arrival.

Wonderful place to go and visit. My daughter and her friends had an amazing time. I had lots of fun. Can wait to go back.

Beware of Their Bait and Switch
We have been owners at this resort for about six years. EACH time we have visited, we have not been given the accommodations which we booked, and for which we had gotten a confirmation. We like the Presidential Suites, which we stayed at on our first visit (when the resort was trying to convince us to purchase), and have requested it every other time we have visited. When we visited in January, 2019, we were told that the Presidential Suites were available, and we were confirmed to stay in them. However, upon arrival, we were told that we had been switched to the new Sunrise Suites. We protested vehemently, but to no avail. The Sunrise Suites are located right near the entrance of the resort, and are VERY noisy at night and in the morning when all of the staff (many on motor cycles) come and go, and guests come and go. My husband and son could not sleep because of the noise. We spoke to another guest in the Sunrise Suites who also said the noise was too loud for them. We asked to be moved, but we were not. We had several problems with our unit: (1) The televisions in our unit would not turn-on with the remotes; (2) The curtains would not draw with the rod; (3) We did not have towels in the room when we arrived; (4) The air conditioner did not work for two days. After three calls for service, they finally tried to repair it. We then froze for the rest of the time we were in the unit because the temperature could not be regulated. These issues made our vacation SIGNIFICANTLY less enjoyable. We spoke to another owner who said she also never gets the accommodations at LIfestyle Holidays that she is promised when she arrives at the resort. Everyone is treated well when the resort is trying to convince you to purchase, but after you have purchased, customer-service is poor. We met with representatives at least four times when were there in January to express our displeasure. Although we requested to meet with a manager who could make changes, we never met with anyone who could make any changes or accommodations. They finally promised the minimum--a refund of the two day rental fee for time we would not be at the resort. We, of course, never received that refund.

Had lots of fun
Wonderful place to go and visit with the family. It's my second time visiting, my kids love it. I had lots of fun with the entertainment team Specially with blacky. Can wait to go back.

WOW WOW WOW!
Amazing place, total luxury, loved the waiter service with champagne bought to me on the VIP beach to my personal 4 poster bed. This place has everything with 4 private beaches, fantastic restaurants, the service and accommodation is 5star, and the all inclusive is truly all inclusive with a personal concierge to help with anything.Our son can not have dairy and it was no problem with fresh Soya milk restocked in our room everyday. The suit was beautiful with fully fitted kitchen living area and 2 huge bedrooms each with it's own bathroom shower and separate jacuzzi bath. We went over during Halloween and the the Halloween party was awesome. There's everything here for the whole family to pick and choose what they like to do. The resort is so big you can easily find a very quite secluded spot on the serenity beach or find lots of fun day and night for those that want it. Getting off resort is a real eye opener too we went on some amazing trips, Dominican Republic as a real eye opener for amazing sights, culture and excitement. You have to go and soon.
