I gotta start with Elena she’s amazing guys she works with you to make sure you have the best vacation ever ! I love her ❤️ now this is a must visit property amazing and friendly staff they make sure you feel like home with extra luxury services, rooms are very clean food and drinks top quality and family friendly,daily shows including kids show, so many pools to visit the beach area is a must & the golf cart make your stay even better to drive around they also have a bakery/ coffe shop a casino and many other amazing things ,daily activities no just for grownups also for kids . overall this place is breathtaking I’m booking again soon thank you again ELENA for making us feel extra loved 🥰

I had visited Lifestyle’s Puerto Plata many times, but this experience beat the rest! From the moment I had contacted Elena Carvetta about the trip up until my last day at the resort, the attentiveness was unmatched! Elena made sure to answer all my questions prior to my trip, and was clear about the services we would get and pricing of everything! The Real Estate staff at the resort were exceptional!! The room is more like an apartment!! Very clean and spacious! Last minute the real estate staff was able to provide us with transportation to the airport! I absolutely will be booking with Elena again! Don’t hesitate if you’re looking to do so!

Excellent vacation !!!
Thanks Elena for the great deal. I was searching a lot to find something like this and yes I found it. Your service and attention it's excellent, your rate are great, the hotel deal amazing and good service on the hotel. This is my second year on this amazing resort but the past year I was traveling with "Blue VIP Bracelet", the black one that you offer it's the beast. We was on this vacations like Rockstar. The Ocean World day pass was great too. Thank you so much for the unique VIP experience that others can't provide. My wife love it.

Elena is AMAZING and so was the resort & Amenities!!!
This was my first time booking on TripAdvisor. I have stayed at the Lifestyle resort a couple times prior so going there I was no stranger, However booking with Elena made this trip there the best yet. We had transportation, VIP restaurants, Golf cart ( you don't realize how much time you save with having a Golf Cart), we had a 2 bedroom that had a living room, kitchen and 2 bathrooms. We paid the all inclusive fee directly with Elena which saved money and time at the resort! Since we were VIP our check in went much faster! We hung out on ALL the VIP beaches with premium liquor and food! We also had Luis & Sterlin to help us with ANYTHING we needed and ANY questions we had! I would have saved a little bit of money booking on Expedia YES... BUT the Value and the amenities you get FAR EXCEED the little bit of extra money you would save. By booking this was it is actually CHEAPER with ALL you GET! To be honest I was nervous because I never booked this way before but rest assure it by far EXCEEDED my expectations and there was nothing to worry about! Elena is AWESOME and I can't wait to book our next trip back to DR, this time without the kids! Message me with ANY questions!

Great stay
A beautiful and luxurious resort. We stayed in this wonderful apartment with large bathroom and spacious room with a gloriously large comfortable bed. Has a sizeable balcony which overlooks the swimming pool. Booked through Real Estate Owner. Our stay came with VIP Black wristbands which meant we dined in all VIP gourmet restaurants where the food was amazing. Also included branded alcohol throughout our stay rather than the local alcohol. All of the staff are very friendly and attentive. I highly recommend this idyllic place.

Amazing, fabulous holiday experience which you'll want to do again and again in the Dominican at the Lifestyle Resort.
This is the second time in the past three years that we have visited Lifestyle Resorts in the Dominican Republic and on both occasions we have been extremely impressed with the whole experience.
We went with friends in a large group and from the moment we landed, we were treated like royalty and made a real fuss of after being personally greeted by the Lifestyle Resort representatives.
Everything was taken care of from the moment we stepped out of the airport, having our luggage loaded and whisked away to the villa by the chauffeurs whilst we traveled to the resort via helicopter choosing this option over the stretch limo journey.
On arrival at the resort we were given cold drinks and wet, scented hand towels to freshen up from our long journey, then driven to our villa.
The accommodation was exceptional being a large detached villa, with private pool and beautiful landscaped gardens.
A pool attendant came daily to service the pool and we had a chef every morning who cooked and served breakfast to us outside on the terrace.
Maid service was daily and the fridge was well stocked with beverages which we requested.
The accommodation was immaculate and very spacious, bearing in mind that there were 8 of us in our group, and we never felt overcrowded as we all had en-suite facilities in our rooms.
The beaches were impeccable with fresh towels being placed on the sumptuous beach bed/canopies and there were beach/bar staff who were most attentive, serving drinks and food whilst you relaxed on the beach.
The resort offered a wide variety of restaurants which varied in style, decor, ambiance and the menu's offered a range of different foods from across the globe, Fish, Fine Dining, Buffet, Thai, Mexican etc which you booked in advance to guarantee your reservation on your designated night. The service in the restaurants was first rate and the presentation and taste of the food was lovely.
There was evening entertainment along with a Casino, Cigar Bar, Night Club and activities to do during the day for the more adventurous (golf, fishing, excursions, Ocean World (Dolphin Swim) etc, etc.
All in all, an absolutely amazing holiday destination which was faultless and one which was only made possible by the very professional, polite and obliging lady who we booked our holiday through. She arranged everything and ensured our stay was first class and we could not have asked for more.
We would like to thank her for making our dream holiday real and we will definitely be booking again through her.

Very cozy atmosphere, Awesome staff. Thank you manager supervisor carmen, front desk agent Frank, Awesome. .All the bellman men were Awesome Thank you Bartenders Delacruz and Miguel very welcome engaging personalities with the exception of Marcelino at the sports bar which I will not return to the sports bar if he's there.
he was very rude not very welcoming did not speak did not say good morning not welcoming nor engaging no personality. very Arrogant.does not belong in the front of the house not a happy life style experience with marcellino.v.i.p Bar awesome thank you Johan , Anibal and the staff awesome. Life guard oliver Julio nice always a pleasure. Julio nice is an asset to the company wouldn't be the same if he wasn't there very entertaining and welcoming. I'm spending two more weeks at the tropical Hotel is love it there

One of the Best
Great family resort lots for young kids to keep them of your hand with the kids club.
All restaurants staff were all very nice and did anything you wanted they would go out of their way to ensure the kids had everything they wanted.
All the VIP beaches were amazing thank god for the sun beds out of this world so relaxing.
the ice creams on Harmony Beach are a must for all and the chicken burgers were yummy.
All the staff are very pleasant always ready to help.
The Sunday party was spectacular fun for everyone.

Puerto Plata Tour + Cable Car | $49
Puerto Plata is the capital of the north coast of the island and was founded by Columbus on his second voyage. It is worth a visit to see the many historical landmarks such as the old fort; built to resist attacks from English and Dutch pirates and it is one of the first ones in America. You will see precious old amber with tiny insects caught inside the stone at the Amber Museum and get a taste of rum at the Brugal Rum Factory. Also you will have the opportunity to visit the Cable Car which is one of the most popular attractions of the Puerto Plata area. The mountain Isabel de Torres towers over the city with its peak at an altitude of 2,555 feet (779 m) above sea level, giving visitors a breathtaking view of the city laid out below. Visitors can enjoy a beautifully landscaped botanical garden and a copy of the famous statue in Rio de Janeiro of Jesus Christ the Redeemer.
Santiago Half Day City Tour | $58
Santiago de los Caballeros emblematic monument was built to commemorate the first centenary of the Dominican Independence and it has become the main symbol of the Santiago. We will also have the opportunity to visit the factory of the country’s largest Tobacco and watch, step by step, the whole process of Tabacco, after will go through a multisensory journey with various aspects that are reflected in the Dominicans, within the Caribbean, American and global context. The Island and Caribbean dishes, biodiversity, indigenous ways of life and the dominance of the current urban culture, presented in the context of an innovative museum design, and in the end you will visit the manufacturing of crafts made from clay, where we will witness the entire process of turning clay into art, ranging from the extraction of the clay to mold and paint of the different objects. The price is US$58.00 per person.

1/2 Day Waterfall | $55
One of our most refreshing and exciting excursions is our trip to explore 7 famous waterfalls. This national park is situated only half an hour from Puerto Plata and consists of the winding river Damajagua, making its way down the mountain forming 27 awesome waterfalls with natural slides and amazing cliffs. This all natural water park has been turned into a mayor attraction especially for young people who like to get an adrenalin rush. It takes about half an hour on foot walking on beautiful trails through the tropical rain forest to get to the waterfalls. Swim across the first pool and start making your way up the rocks. You will be swimming through narrow gorges of crystal clear mountain spring water, jumping and sliding into the pools of water formed in between the limestone cliffs.
For your protection you will be provided with life vests and helmets and we advise you to wear sturdy outdoor shoes or water shoes and not to bring anything that cannot get wet.
Young children below the age of 8 can only climb the first waterfall.
