Tamarind Apartment is one of three lovely studios sharing the grounds and swimming pool with Pimento and Cinnamon apartments together with Almond Tree Villa. Only 10 mins from Ocho Rios centre and close to some beautiful beaches.

Tamarind is on the ground floor below Pimento and overlooks the swimming pool. It is designed with comfort in mind and will accommodate a single person or a couple. It consists of a large bedroom area with a hard wood Mahogany floor, Queen size bed, bed side tables, a flat screen Television, seating for two people and a powerful ceiling fan.
There is a spacious built in closet/wardrobe going through to the fully tiled toilet/shower room.

About the neighbourhood
The nearest beach where White River meets the sea is less than a mile away and there are several other lovely beaches within a couple of miles of the property.

There is a small supermarket and other shops and bars at White River and you can eat the freshest fried fish and bammy right by the riverside at the local fry fish joint opposite the Fisherman’s Pub.

It is only 3 miles from the property to downtown Ocho Rios. 'Ochi' is a splendid major tourist resort with an impressive array of hotels, restaurants, bars and night life. The market is well worth a visit with its huge selections of exotic fruits, fresh produce and fish.
Getting around
The local Eltham route taxis run past the entrance to Selbourne Gardens every few minutes. The drive into Ochi is less than 10 minutes and the fare is $1.15 JA per person.

How to get there
Airport: Montego Bay or Kingston: 100.0 km
From Ocho Rios travel towards Port Maria passing the 'Boot' gas station on the right hand side. After 500 yards, also on the right hand side you will see a Texaco gas station.

Turn immediately right after the Texaco gas station, passing the shops and ‘The White River Ranch’ on the right hand side. Don't take the first road on the right but follow the road as it swings around to the right passing White River on the left hand side and going towards Exchange.

After 600 yards turn off to the right immediately before the Epping gas station and follow this road going towards Eltham. You will see River Oaks housing estate on the right hand side as you drive up.

After 200 yards turn into Selbourne Gardens and turn right to the bottom.
