Located in a Residential Area called La Veleta a very safe neighborhood in the heart of Tulum City. Just 5 minutes by bike from shops and restaurants and 10 minute drive to the white powder beaches. 12 minutes from the Tulum Mayan Ruins, 25 minutes from Xel-Ha natural park and 30 minutes from the Sian Kaan biosphere.
