Downstairs through the entrance foyer you'll find a large open plan lounge dining area leading seamlessly to the patio, private plunge pool/jacuzzi and large enclosed private garden and well equipped kitchen as well as a powder room and cupboard. Above the marble staircase is a large sky-light allowing the light to stream into the landing and stair area, again providing an open light and airy feeling. Master Bedroom - Super King Size 6ft Four Poster & En Suite Bathroom Second Bedroom - Super King Size 6ft Four Poster Third Bedroom - Two 'Petite Double' Twin Beds [OR] Emperor 7ft Second Bathroom - Shower, Toilet & Basin Bedrooms feature AC units designed for eco-efficiency and quiet operation, as well as ceiling fans, built in cupboards and mosquito screens/nets to keep the bugs at bay. The bedrooms and bathrooms feature Conair hairdryers and heavyweight pure cotton towels and Egyptian cotton sheets and linen for maximum comfort. Oversized beach towels are also provided for your convenience. A maid service is included which will be typically twice a week (or more on request for a small charge) dependng on how many days your stay is and your arrival day. The house features a discreet but capable technical package providing included high speed fibre Internet (Wired & WiFi), 55'UHD 4K Smart TV, Streaming TV (Netflix/Prime/Crackle), DVD Player, DVDs PS3 with some Games, Premium Bluetooth Soundbar and Bose Sounddock & iPod, just in case you catch a rainy day or just want to sit at home and do nothing! The Battaleys Mews community is slightly set back from the main coast road thoroughfare meaning there is less road noise and it is also at the end of a cul-de-sac meaning random people passing through is very limited, nevertheless it's easy to become complacent on holiday therefore apart from the gated complex and 24x7 security a large electronically operated safe is provided for you to store your valuables including laptops, tablets etc. and we recommend you keep any valuable items out of view anywhere in the Caribbean. At the front of each house is a dedicated driveway with ample room for two to three cars. There is a convenience store close to the house and there is a major supermarket with extensive modern shopping facilities a short car/taxi/bus ride away. Management of the communal swimming pool, bar, small gym, tennis court, children’s play area and landscaped gardens is provided by the admin and security staff who are on-site around the clock. We would be pleased to assist you with arrangements for your perfect vacation including airport fast track and transfers as well as tours, trips, chef, childcare - pretty much anything you need. We enjoyed a lovely holiday at this property. It is a lovely spacious property that is kept very clean, and has everything needed to enjoy a perfect holiday. The pool area was lovely and the grounds spotless. We will definitely return.

About the neighbourhood
Mullins Beach is just approx. 400m away and is beautiful however just South of Mullins is the 'hidden gem' of Gibbes Beach which normally has fewer visitors if thats what you prefer There are five restaurants/bars within easy walking distance, there is a great value hot 'food van' serving daily M-Sat next to RUBIS Speightstown is an adventurous walk at about 1.5Km or less than 5m by car/taxi and is not as cosmopolitan as Holetown but features good shopping, laundry and some of the best restaurants in Barbados Holetown is about 4.8Km or 10-15m by taxi/car - it's larger than Speightstown, busier and features extensive facilities with over 50 restaurants, the nicest Massy Supermarket and more bars than anyone can cope with in one night!
Getting around
The Beaches, RUBIS Convenience Store and Bars/Restaurants close to the complex are walking distance on quieter roads with just one main road to cross. We would be more than happy to arrange transfers with reliable, trustworthy and reputable private taxi or chauffered limosine companies, car hire can be delivered/collected to the property (subject to availability) or at the airport if you'd prefer. Municipal busses and taxi-busses regularly patrol the main road by the beach and of course private taxis are available making a trip to Speightstown or Holetown easy without a rental car.
