You’ll love this home because of it's location, bright rooms, friendly neighborhood, air conditioning and super comfy beds. This house is great for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (kid friendly). A private setting in the middle of the city! You will have private use of the top 2 floors of this executive home. The owner lives in a self contained, private basement suite for your convenience. The home is walking distance to Terwillegar Recreation Center and the river valley trails. Only a 15 minute drive to downtown. We are located less than 10 minutes from West Edmonton Mall and Southgate shopping centers.
