Set in 37-acres of countryside and opposite a 10-acre vineyard, this lovely detached holiday cottage is set inside Dartmoor National Park. Ideally located for exploring the coastline the property is nestled in the Teign Valley, and is 6 miles from Exeter. The cottage is well appointed with luxurious duvets and sheets, comfy sofas and properly equipped kitchen. It benefits from gorgeous views across countryside, a wood-burning stove, wi-fi and Sky+ TV. Outside there is a bbq, seating and plenty of space to enjoy the sunshine. Guests have access to the river, via the owner's land, where salmon and trout fishing are available (license required).
