A very attractive villa, with excellent facilities, that has been very popular with families. Lovely private pool, with access to a larger pool and paddling pool. Shops, restaurants and beaches only a short drive away, along with tennis, golf, horse riding and water sports facilities. The west facing aspect, allows for beautiful sunsets, while relaxing on the terraces or in the pool, on balmy summer evenings. The entrance is via an electrically operated gate, with private parking and garage inside. On the next level, up a short staircase, are the bedrooms, kept cooler for the summer. There is a double bedroom, with en suite shower room, and two bedrooms, with twin beds. All bedrooms, have air conditioning. There is also a large family bathroom, with bath and shower. The living area is nicely furnished, has a/c, UK satellite tv and 6mb download wi-fi, with a cloakroom off the lounge. To the front, there is a lovely balcony, providing superb views. Great for taking in amazing sunsets ! Leading out from the living area and kitchen, there is an enclosed pool area, with sun loungers, dining table, chairs and parasols. There is also a stone built bbq and hot/cold shower poolside. Table tennis table, beach parasols & chairs, in the garage. A sister villa adjacent, also 3 bedrooms, allows for groups of up to 12 to visit-this also has its own pool. Please ask for details and availability. Lovely villa!

Fantastic villa with lots of additional touches- towels, guides, goodies left in the fridge etc to make the stay with our 2 boys go so brilliantly. The sunsets seen from the terraces are awesome and there is loads of space to do your own thing....More

Another wonderful visit

Our third visit, better and better each year. Quiet get away for the two of us, visiting our favourite places and finding new ones (the secret tomato-wow) Already planning next year with the family.

accommodation was fantastic and when we needed anything Kevin was always on hand to sort out. I would recommend a car though as you can't walk to nearest towns. There is however a supermarket and bar/restaurant within 10/15 minute walk. quiet and in addition to...More

Perfect

Beautiful villa and location in benitachell don't need car as walking distance to all benitachell has to offer or short 10 minutes drive to either Javea or moraira and easy distance to many other towns and beaches

Great location, great service, wonderful sunsets

Stayed a week in late August with wife and 15 year old daughter, OK some of the fixtures and fittings are a bit tired but this a "lived in" home and everything you need is there and works. The pool is an oasis in the...More

Beautiful location

We were a family of 5 from 10 to 70 years old. Vill big enough and with different balconies to give privacy while having a great family area at pool. Views are breath taking. Relaxing location but with a car close to Javea and Moraine....More

Perfect - Amazing views

This villa has everything you could want. Fully equipped kitchen, like home from home! Security was good. Felt very relaxed and knew we had the customer service support of Kevin to hand. WIFI was excellent never failed! Would go again most defiantly

Great honeymoon

Fantastic location in this beautiful area of Spain
