About the neighbourhood
Pouzols-Minervois is a tranquil medieval village set amongst vineyards and olive groves surrounded by mountains. This is a varied region, with the Canal du Midi and mountains of the Pyrenees to the south, beaches and fishing villages to the east, regional parks to the north and the World Heritage Site of Carcassonne’s impressive fortified city to the west.
