Two bedroom Grade II listed holiday cottage with large garden in Peasmarsh, East Sussex - a great base for a family holiday and is close to the medieval town of Rye. Appletree Cottage has a large landscaped garden with outside patio dining area just outside the kitchen and a decked area to enjoy the last of the sunshine of an evening. A great place for children to let off steam. You enter straight into the small but modern, well equipped kitchen, overlooking the garden. Off the kitchen is the large lounge diner with a fabulous Inglenook fireplace, so welcoming on the cold autumn and winter evenings. Off the lounge is the family bathroom with bath, overhead shower and screen, hand basin and WC.
