Located in the heart of Canmore (five minute walk to the City Centre, two minutes to either grocery store). Underground parking for your vehicle. Spacious floorplan with high ceilings. Only (minor) drawback is the single bathroom. Great value, would highly recommend.

Reservations
To reserve our vacation rental condo we require a deposit of 25% of the total for the rental period. Final payments for most bookings are due 30 days prior to arrival. Bookings for Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years and March Break require full payment 45 days prior to arrival date!

About the neighbourhood
You will be very centrally located at this condo. While in town you can leave your car parked at your reserved under ground heated parking stall and walk to restaurants, stores, pubs, etc.

It is strongly recommended that you have a car while in the area. Banff National Park is just a 5 minute drive away. The town of Banff is 20 minutes away.

The borders to Yoho and Kootenay National Parks are about one hour away. The border to Jasper National Park starts about 2 hours away. Kananaskis Park starts about 30 minutes away. With a car you could spend months exploring the parks within a day trip of the condo.

NOTE: Canmore (and the Town of Banff) are in a valley with a train that runs through. This condo has one of the better locations for not getting much train noise as it faces away from...

Airport: YYC - Calgary International Airport: 121.0 km
If flying come in to the Calgary International Airport (YYC). While we are centrally located within Canmore we recommend a car for easy access to the parks, and to and from the airport.

If driving you are most likely coming through Calgary unless you are coming from BC in which case you will be coming through Banff.
