Steps from the Beach, in the heart of Parksville in the Bay! Enjoy Park Sands Resort in a permanent 40’ 2015 Sundance RV. 1 bedroom with additional double pull out couch. Fully equipped kitchen and all the amenities for recreation living. Your own private fences yard of artificial turf, bbq and propane, fire pit(Propane NOT Included). Lawn chairs, seating. Free wifi and tv with electric fireplace. Enjoy the peace, with Quiet in the park after 11pm. Walk to the endless beach, Pickleball and tennis courts: outdoor adult fitness area and kids park. Many food vendors and shoppers all within walking distance. Vending laundry mat is in the park.
