About the neighbourhood
The Tallebudgera Valley is known for it's peace and beauty. The name is aboriginal for 'good fish', which can be found in Tallebudegra Creek that defines the valley. It is adjacent to Currumbin Valley, one of many valleys around the ancient volcano that straddles the QLD-NSW border.

The property is one of only a dozen or so acreage properties surrounded by native bushland reserve, near the end of the road ... so there is no through traffic. The creek the runs along the western boundary of the property attracts numerous birds and the occasional wallaby, adding to the sense of peace and beauty.

Nearby is a freshwater swimming hole. A couple of kilometres down the road you will find Heritage Hideaway cafe, a favourite for locals..

The address is 10 DES QUINLAN CRESCENT, TALLEBUDGERA, QLD 4228.

If you have a GPS, it will no doubt get you here. Suggest you avoid the Trees Road route if yours wants to take you there. Tallebudgera Creek Road is an easier and more direct choice. If you're navigating in the old fashioned way, this is the easiest way to get here:

On the M1 Pacific Motorway, take exit 89 to Tallebudgera then head west towards Tallebudgera Valley (turn right at the T-junction by the Caltex). From there you are 11km to the west and just two turns away from where you want to be.
