Casa Benedict is a unique property unlike any others in the area, it consists of 4 letting apartments along with our own 3 bed villa, set in 13500 sq metres, mostly planted with olive trees. This makes it unusal for renting as we can take up to 20 persons but guests can have their own front door for peaceful moments but then meet up in and around the pool area or garden. We have an 8 x 4 metre pool with attached children's pool available to all our guests along with a poolside barbecue area. The property has secure parking for many cars and the whole boundary is fenced with access via a remote controlled gate, making the area safe for children, guests are issued their own remote for the gate. Please note we do not accept bookings from groups under 25, family type bookings only. Pets are welcome but there is an additional charge of 25 euros per pet per booking, payable on arrival. We collect a 50 Euro fee in cash on arrival to ensure the villa is left in reasonable condition this is returned at the guests departure. There is a charge for the air conditioning if required. We have a quiet period between the hours of 23.00 to 07.00 to ensure there is no disturbance to our other guests.

About the neighbourhood

We are surrounded by lovely walks that make guests staying with dogs feel as though they are at home. The walk in to Turre takes approx 25 minutes with a local well stocked supermarket and those all important bars and restaurants. The drive into Garrucha or Mojacar takes approx 6 minutes where there is an abundance of bars, restaurants, lovely beaches, and watersports, everything for all the family.

Getting around

A car is recommended as there is no local bus service in turre. There are many places to visit in area and we are always on hand to help with your trips.
