The accommodation on the ground floor comprises an entrance porch, reception hallway, lounge which opens into the dining room which in turn opens through to the modern kitchen with utility area adjacent. Upstairs there are three bedrooms, a shower room with toilet and a bathroom. The living room is very light, airy room is simply furnished in contemporary style. Amazing views from the house. Close to the beach and town center. Very peaceful place and plenty of parking space.

To book please check availability on the site and then email/phone to reserve. To secure a booking a deposit of one third of the rental rate is required. The balance plus £150 returnable security deposit must be paid 8 weeks prior to the start of the holiday. If the holiday start is less than eight weeks away, then full payment is required. Payment can be made by cheque, bank transfer or PayPal.

During quieter months, reduced occupancy and late availability rates are available, please enquire.
