This is a very high quality apartment with excellent facilities. Everything is quality and it is difficult to find anything that is not supplied - there was even washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, kitchen roll, sachets of coffee etc. The kitchen area had a huge selection of utensils, pots and pans, crockery and cutlery - nothing was missed. The information book was as comprehensive as any that I have seen - excellent. Wi-fi was good (around 40Mbps), excellent TVs (in bedrooms as well). Communication about picking up keys was first rate. There were a few small faults - although these did not really detract from the stay: The control for the LH slots of the toaster did not stay down, the dishwasher filters were dirty (a dishwashing brush would have been useful), there were a few crisps under one settee, the extractor fan in the ensuite did not work and the light in there was very dim. The ensuite is very tight - a pity when the hallway is huge! Parking, as others have noted, was difficult, with B9 being allocated probably the worst space - very tight with a pillar on one side and a large lump of concrete sticking out on the other. I would have thought that it would have been better if B9 had been allocated the 'No Parking' area opposite (which is unused). I found that the easiest way to park was to turn the car in any available space, then reverse down and into the 'No Parking' area, then drive forward into the allocated space. Toilet rolls were supplied - but only two - no spares. Towels were, no doubt, highest quality and expensive - but so thick and heavy that it was like trying to dry yourself with a roll of carpet! It is worth thinking about temperature. The apartment is south-facing so gets very hot if it is sunny - even in February! Blinds need to be drawn during the day and windows opened. The towel rail in the ensuite is very large (and efficient), but if you leave it on at night it will make the ensuite and the bedroom very hot! Having said all that, this is a beautiful apartment with fantastic views over the bay right around to Brixham and Berry Head.

OMG where do I start, from receiving the booking confirmation to is leaving after our stay it was perfect. We travelled as two couples and we were amazed on entering the apartment on the very high quality of the fixtures, fittings & cleanliness. Everything you could possibly need for a weeks holiday. The view from the balcony was stunning, the surprise hamper was a lovely gesture. Gary the owner had took a lot of care & attention to cover the covid rules, from collecting the keys to the cleanliness of the apartment. Torquay and surrounding areas were stunning, weather was brilliant and we hope to return very soon. Julie G

Rarely have we stayed in an apartment as immaculate as this. We were anxious about holidaying during Covid-19 but this place was as clean as a show home. The layout is great too, very spacious and the view over the bay is beautiful. The kitchen is equipped with everything you could need and even the communal areas of the building inc garage and lift are spotless. Bath and shower room are of a really high spec. There are a lot of steps down to the street level and harbour but don’t let that put you off it will increase your fitness levels (you could always walk the longer way to avoid them). The owners left a great welcome package for us too and they are really keen to make your stay perfect

We’ve just returned home from a week of luxury at the wonderful “Harbour View” in Torquay. Everything about this apartment, and indeed the whole “Masts” building, bears the hallmark of quality workmanship and caring maintenance. From comfortable furniture and beds to all the tools and equipment you could want on a trip away from home. We even discovered the unexpected bonus of Netflix and Prime Video being available on the TV! Even though we’d studied all the photos on Gary’s website, and had a fair idea of what to expect, it still brought a tear to my eye to see that amazing view on walking into the apartment for the first time! There surely cannot be a finer view in the whole of Torbay! So relaxing to sit on the balcony, watch the world go by below, and a buzzard regularly hovering at our level, in search of food on the slopes beneath. And then there were those personal touches from Gary’s family; the telephone call on our journey down, to say that the apartment was ready early if we wanted to arrive before 3pm; the welcome pack of goodies; the call on our way home, to wish us a safe journey. Just got back from a weeks stay at this stunning Apartment over looking the bay, Everything was superb from the moment we walked in the lovely welcome hamper was a lovely touch to the breath taking view, We hope to be back sometime in the future and will be highly recommending to friends and family Thank you Gary

My Mother and I spend a week at this luxury apartment with stunning vistas over the harbour and the delightful Torquay esplanade. The apartment itslef is superbly equipped, with very high quality furnishings throughout, and enjoys unrivaled views from the sitting room, with the full panorama enhanced by floor to ceiling patio doors that fold away - ideal for that cherished sunny day. Stand out features of our holiday included a quality welcome pack, some essential items thoughtfully left in the fridge and cupboards, the spotless apartment itself, and the fabulous service provided by Gary and his team - these things matter to us, and our stay was all the more fantastic because of the attention to detail and fabulous service. Secure parking was very welcome too. We hope to be back!

We had an excellent relaxing stay in this wonderful comfortable apartment with magnificent views across the bay. What sets it apart is the excellent welcome pack and a fully equipped kitchen so we could eat in or go out as the mood took us.

We were very lucky to find this at short notice for a 5 night stay. The apartment is stylishly furnished to the highest specification. The equipment and utensils provided was extensive, with plenty of cutlery and crockery. The beds were all very comfortable and both bathrooms spotless. The views are amazing and having visited with elderly parents, they were more than happy to spend time relaxing on the balcony. Lift access was essential for us due to mobility issues, but we managed well with a wheelchair dependant traveller. The extra touches that we found special were a call to say the apartment was cleaned and available before our scheduled check in time, the lovely welcome hamper and welcome card, the copious supplies of soap/dishwasher tablets etc, and cotton wool and cotton buds in the bathrooms. A very professional management team deserving of success. We would love to return at a future date. Many thanks to Gary!

Well how do you review perfection?? A stunning apartment with a view that literally takes your breath away. Clean contemporary stylish comfortable ..... I could go on and on!! Fully accessible for my mobility restricted dad. Equipped with everything you could think of and a beautiful and thoughtful welcome pack. Attentive owners on hand if needs be. Get this booked folks.
