Wow! This apartment exceeded all expectations! We booked this apartment for a little bit of luxury given it was our first break away since the start of the Covid pandemic, and luxury is definitely what we got! From the amazing pool (which our 9 year old son lived in every spare minute!) to the stunning views of Torquay harbour by day and night, and just the lovely homely relaxing feel of the whole apartment, we had to drag ourselves away each day to do the other activities we had planned in the area. The apartment is in a great location within a short drive of both Torquay and Paignton, so beaches, boat trips, caves, restaurants, takeaways etc, all in easy reach. We would definitely like to return!

This is the 3rd time we have stayed in this property and it is exceptionable in every respect. We love it here.

Wonderful holiday apartment with pretty garden and amazing views from every aspect. The apartment had everything that you need for that special break, and more. Having a private indoor pool was a luxury with stunning views over the bay in Torquay in the distance. The terrace is well covered and we ate breakfast outside no matter the weather. The apartment is also very close to some attractive tourist sites. We will definitely stay here again.

The property is very beautiful inside and out. The relaxation of the pool and hot tub truly wonderful, and made our stay even more special. We’ve had a great time, hope to return in the near future. Many thanks.

This was our third visit to The Vu this year. I cannot rate this place highly enough. Karen and John are perfect hosts. Will be back soon.

Had a week's holiday with my son just to relax and do literally nothing as we only live locally, but we came here for peace and tranquillity and a little luxury and that is exactly what we got. We had a squirrel and two ducks that came to greet us every morning at our bedroom window doors, the swimming pool was the perfect temperature as well as the hot tub, everything you need for a peaceful relaxing stay, hopefully we can go back again next year, Chelston village is close by if you don't fancy town, everything you need there, including the best massage I've ever had in my life which topped off our holiday perfectly! Hopefully we managed to go back again at some point next year, as I would love to use this place as a retreat we only have to get a taxi to!! Didn't want to come home!

It's not called The Vu for nothing. Uninterrupted views of the marina and Torquay with an indoor private pool, so anytime you fancy a dip just open the door and it's all yours. Our stay was to celebrate my husbands 70th birthday , he was either looking thru his binoculars or in the pool he thought it was an incredible property and thoroughly enjoyed it as did the rest of us.
