a stunning location in beautiful surroundings and countryside, there are miles of good walks for the dog, who also loved it. The cottage was spotless, there where plenty of kitchen utensils we made breakfast every morning. the village was lacking a local shop for food stuff. so you need a car. The cottage was good value for the money.

A great location for peaceful relaxation yet within reach of the 'tourist' locations for a more active holiday. The cottage is well equipped and simply delightful - this was our third visit.

This was perfect for what we wanted the dogs loved it and everything we needed was to hand. Could not have wanted for anything better very special memories.. Would highly recommend and look forward to staying again in the future. Big thanks Olwyn and Trevor x

Beautiful and homely cottage in a wonderful location containing everything needed for our stay. Only criticism and this is being very picky is the size of the shower. Ruby our dog had a great time enjoying the country park. Cocklington is an oasis nestling between two large towns but perfectly placed for visiting south Devon. Well done to Olwyn and Trevor for making Granary Cottage so welcoming and a great place to stay, we will be back.
