This apartment is next to none, we stayed for a business meeting but during leisure time we had a massive choice, this place did not disappoint, it is so spacious and the hot tub and pool table is amazing, its clean and tidy and one of the best apartments we have ever stayed in, they views of the sea and current passenger ships is enough to brighten the dullest day! Check in and out was easy and we loved it, will be returning without a doubt.

Channel View was the most amazing holiday apartment ever! It was so spacious, clean and had everything you could need. The owners were also very friendly and helpful. Perfect for families! We will definitely be returning 😊

Our stay here was brilliant. Flat is huge,hot tub great,location is stunning.Lots to see and do. Go on Google maps, type in Oxlea Close and walk to the end. (5 min walk) Go right, towards blue house and there's a sneaky step pathway. Follow all the way down, cross the road, keep going through the woods and arrive at Meadfoot beach. Great for walkers. About 45 min all together. We loved the flat,very big and comfy beds. Some clocks around the place would be great, especially an outdoor one near hot tub so you know how long you've been in! Haha. Dogs in flat below could be super noisy at times though. It seemed to be at same time we put our kids to bed. Not every night though. Other great places to visit were the Model Village, Steam train and boat, and Babbacombe / Oddicombe beaches! Thanks for a fantastic week. We didn't want to come home! ☺

Had a great 10 day stay in this apartment. Very spacious, and the outdoor space was a beautiful enclosed sun trap for all day sun. Hot tub is a nice additional extra, although we never actually used it. The bed may have been the most comfortable bed I have ever stayed in away from home! Really beautiful situation with amazing views out to sea. Would have been nice to have a few basics in just to make things perfect, I.e salt and pepper, maybe tea bags and coffee, and there were a few areas which needed a good clean, ( very dusty windowsills etc ) but overall it was great, and I would definitely return for another holiday!

Amazing stay, got married whilst staying here, veiws are amazing the aparment is alot bigger than what the pictures make out. We took our dogs which is a big selling point for us not many nice apartments like this allow dogs. Hot tub was great the area is quiet. We will be back!

Myself and my family quite often stay at cottages, lodges, apartments, etc but I can honestly say this is the best one we have stayed in. We arrived in the afternoon with straight forward instructions from Pam on entering the apartment, good amount of parking space too. When entering, the apartment is spotless, and very spacious. There is a tele in every room, ps3, and a pool table. It really does have it all. We didn't want to leave! The garden area is lovely, with a huge hot tub that we all made the most of. The views are spectacular from the lounge. No problems, or any issues with the apartment at all. We will definitely be visiting again. I'd advise a car, although you not far from a local pub and only a short drive into Torquay.

The apartment is truly amazing. Extremely spacious, kitchen is well stocked with plates, glasses, utensils and pots and pans. The views are outstanding!! The beds are also really comfy and we could not fault a thing. Thank you for an amazing stay!!

Loved it here & have already booked a return stay. Very modern and well thought off e.g snooker table, hot tub. Looking forward to a return stay.

Absolutely amazing. Couldn't have had a better holiday. Accommodation was the best and exceptionally clean. Very surprised and couldn't be more grateful!!!

The location was close to the town and seaside with loads of attractions, the neighbourhood is lovely and quite. The apartment was spacious but needed a good clean. The kitchen tops were forgotten in the clean up and the floor throughout the apartment were filled with dust. Dispite this our group had a lovely stay. TV, hot tub and games entertainment was loved by all in my group. I would definitely go back.
