We are a Victorian house converted into 8 self contained holiday flats with off road parking in a quiet residential area situated 20 minutes walk from the sea front and 10 minutes from the town centre. There is a nearby bus service into the centre running every 10 minutes and we are under a mile from Torre and Torquay railway stations. We accept bookings from 2/3 night stays depending on season with flexible start and finish days. We have free off road parking and free laundry facilities. There is also a lovely garden area with lawn, patios, seating, water features, barbeque and outdoor illuminations. There is a welcome pack including tea, coffee, hot chocolate, milk, water, juice, biscuits, toilet and kitchen rolls, washing up liquid, tissues and toiletries. Free WIFI is available. Flat 3 is on the ground floor. The flat is a studio flat with a king size bed and large wall mounted TV and DVD player. You won't disappointed
Stayed in flat 3 1st week in Sept 21. Very clean , excellent equipment excellent host . Quiet location with parking ,an easy 15 min walk to the front a further 8 to the harbour. Plenty of amenities within 6 min walk. Had a great time there

Simply perfect...
Arrived to a warm and informative welcome from Andrea which was really useful to help get your bearings straight away! The location is lovely and quiet yet perfect for exploring the whole of Devon as we did! Andrea showed us around our flat (3) which was spotlessly clean and extremely well equipped with everything you could possibly need. The garden is lovely and relaxing and also great to have excellent parking right outside your door for convenience. If, like me, you spend ages researching places and reading reviews. My advice is stop now and just book this one!! Pablo & Susan.

Very good place to stay.
Flat clean and well supplied with appropriate equipment. Within easy walking distance of Torquay town centre and beach front . Peter and Andrea are friendly hosts, while still giving you the privacy to come and go as you please. Would stay again.

Lovely apartment Torquay
My Son and his wife stayed 5 night in the apartment. The apartment was clean and fulltime equiped. The location was perfect. Even though they were in the cellar the apartment was light. Thetvhad ar Wally great stay in Torquay and enjoyed their holiday.

HI. Thank you for your lovely review. I think the word cellar implies rather a worse room in English! We wwould call it a basement apartment or lower ground floor. Absolutely amazing
Our stay was fantastic! Completely blown away by the cleanliness and presentation of the room. Very little or no noisy neighbors, lovely garden and a very helpful host! Would recommend to say the least! Thanks for having us!

Great location
Lovely room , very clean , Andrea and Peter very helpful and gave us loads of information,they made us very welcome . Beautiful garden. Great location. Bus stop very close to flat which takes you all over the area which was fantastic as we didn't have to drive all in all a great stay thanks
