The home combines the two connecting apartments of the Beach House and the Garden House for a unique experience. Ideal for family or professional groups, or a family travelling with staff. The beautiful garden has an outdoor hot tub, outdoor 'lounge' and terraces. Inside, there are 3 sitting rooms( one with large screen, wall mounted, satellite TV ), a large dining room, seating 8, two master bedrooms with en suite facilities, and a further double bedroom with en suite toilet. There are 2 fully equipped kitchens, both with dishwashers, a family bathroom, a further downstairs cloakroom, and utility room with washer and dryer. The station is a 5 minute walk with trains every 15 minutes to Southport or Liverpool.The Sefton coastline is easily reached with walks and cycle rides along the sea front and the Antony Gormley statues 'Another Place.' It is conveniently located a 20 minute drive from the Grand National course at Aintree, or guests can use the frequent rail service 5 minutes away. Dogs accepted by prior arrangement at an additional charge of £10 per dog. Please note, dogs cannot use the garden.More

What a fabulous house !!!! I hired the beach house for 10 of us to have a weekend escape to Liverpool that gave us the benefit of being out of the City Centre itself , yet close enough to travel in by train . What...More

Great location, excellent service, wonderful house. We stayed for one week and found the accommodations excellent. Lots of room for four of us and very well stocked. Lynne was excellent to deal with, promptly replying to email requests.

A lovely home close to the beach and Liverpool. I stayed with a group of friends and we were lucky enough to enjoy the beautiful garden and hot tub. Lynne was extremely accommodating. Would not hesitate to recommend!

For walkers and cyclists, the Sefton Coastal Path has miles of traffic free tracks with direct access to Antony Gormley's 'Another Place' on the doorstep. Dogs are welcome at this property. The shops at Crosby Village are a 5 minute drive away and there are plenty of restaurants and bars within a 10 minutes drive.

The closest motorway is the M57 which connects to the M6 via the M62 (from the south) or the M58 (from the north) . The closest main line station is Liverpool Lime Street. The local station is Hall Road which is on the Northern line between Liverpool Central and Southport.
