Holiday Rental House
The ground floor corridor will lead you straight to the communal gardens at the back of the house, which are beautifully designed with ponds and sitting areas for you to enjoy. The first bedroom is located on the right and comes furnished with a single bed. There is also a bathroom which is fully fitted with a walk-in shower. As you reach the first floor you are immediately welcomed by an dining room with a modern, feature fireplace and a 8-seater table. Its well-selected contemporary furniture and animal rug create a stylish yet comfortable setting. The adjoining living room has a large window letting in heaps of light, whilst you relax on the comfortable sofas (one of these is a sofa bed) and make use of the wall-mounted TV entertainment unit. To the other end of the dining room is an adjoining kitchen fitted with pine cabinetry and a 3-seater breakfast bar; its facilities include an electric hob, nespresso machine and dishwasher for easy cleaning. The second floor landing works as a study area complete with desk. To the left is a children’s room with two single beds, whilst the master bedroom boasts a generous double bed and a view of the gardens. It also has a study desk in one corner, as well as unique art work adorning the walls which bring the room to life. The second bathroom is very nicely finished in nautical colours with a full-size bathtub and overhead shower. Home Truths There is an 11pm curfew for use of the garden to avoid disturbing neighbours. Guests 6 & 7 are accommodated on a sofa bed in the lounge. Please note from August 2017 building works are currently being carried out on the next door building Monday-Friday 8am to 6pm. Saturdays no noisy work will be carried out, Sunday no work occurring. The house has been redecorated and will look slightly different to photos. A security deposit of GBP 495 will be pre-authorised by Veeve from your credit/debit card 2 days prior to your check-in date.
