The flat itself is modern, clean, with good selection of equipment, all of which is new. The ONLY minor niggle at all is that the 3rd bedroom is created by a divider in the dining / living room so in that configuration the inside living...More

Holland Park is a prime residential district in inner West London, characterised by large white stucco Victorian houses in tree-lined streets. The park itself is to the South of the area and is centred around the ruins of Holland House and its remaining Orangery. The North of the park is woodland and includes an ecology centre. Famous residents of Holland Park include David Beckham, Robbie Williams, Simon Cowell, Elton John.

To the East of Holland Park is Notting Hill, another area of fashionable housing and a wide range of restaurants. The famous Portobello market in Notting Hill is worth taking in for its vibrant atmosphere. Browse among the boutiques and antique shops, and visit the cafes, bars and restaurants of the area.
Getting around
Tube trains:
The Central Line from Shepherds Bush or Holland Park is within 10 minutes' walk. Trains take you to the shopping centres of Bond Street and Oxford Circus and to the Financial District at Bank station.
Latimer Road on the Hammersmith & City Line is just 6 minutes' walk and has direct trains to Hammersmith, Paddington, Euston and the City.

Buses: There is a bus stop within 100 metres. the 295 bus goes to Hammersmith, Fulham, Clapham Junction.

Oxford Tube buses go from the Kensington Hilton Hotel (6 minutes walk) to Oxford every 15 minutes during the day, taking around 1 hour 20 minutes. this is a convenient way of making an excursion to Oxford.
