- Classical music venues nearby on the Iffley Rd

- Roger Bannister running track and Oxford University sports complex with pool and other facilities open to the public
- Several parks, a golf course, nature reserve, the Oxford Botanic Gardens and green spaces alongside the river Thames and Cherwell with punts and boats for hire

Ideally located on the western side of East Oxford, our flat is within easy walking distance of everything!
- Cowley Rd and Magdalen Rd: both 5 minutes walk
- Magdalen Bridge: 8 minutes
- High Street and Oxford city centre: 15-20 mins walk.

Bicycles are a fun way to get around and available for hire on the Cowley Road.

Public transport is excellent and widely available; buses into central Oxford take less than 5 mins and leave every 7 mins from Iffley Rd opposite or more often from the Cowley Rd.
Buses direct to Oxford train station run from the Cowley Road, for frequent trains to London Paddington.
Allow up to 15 mins to walk to St Clements for the frequent 24hr coach service to central London (taking approx. 90 minutes).

Buses from central London, Heathrow and Gatwick airports run 24 hours a day and stop in St Clements Street, about 15 mins walk away.
Buses direct from Oxford train station run to the Cowley Road (5mins away), with frequent trains from London (Paddington) taking around 60 minutes.
By car the apartment is also well located at just 1.6 miles from the Eastern bypass for the M40 to London or routes to the North and 2 miles from the Southern bypass to the A34 South or routes to the West.
