Sunnyside is a well renovated farmhouse with outstanding panoramic views looking towards the Brecon Beacons. Sunnyside is well equipped, spacious, with a warm comfortable home from home feeling. Located on a working Award (2012) winning family farm with peaceful surroundings, where a warm welsh welcome is given to all that visit us, along with a welcome pack of local welsh produce. Sunnyside is surrounded by 450 acres of farmland, where you can play and walk. Where you will also see cattle and sheep roaming around peacefully. The cottage contains the following over two levels. 2 single rooms(one down stairs) and 5 double rooms(1 downstairs), 2 of the double rooms are big enough to turn into family rooms, we have a cot bed and a cot available.

A wonderful get together with friends
Six adults, a baby and a very well behaved dog stayed here in September for two nights and we've all said that we would happily stay here again. Finding the accommodation was easy, thanks to Google Maps, and we had this massive house all to ourselves! The hot tub around the back of the property was a real treat but, truth be told, everything there was all that we needed and more. The owners were very friendly and relaxed when we met them to pay for our stay. The decor upstairs is a bit dated, particularly in the bathrooms, but that's in no way an issue whatsoever. It adds to the charm, if anything! The whole place was spotless. The location itself is also great - you're far away from Brecon for it to be a lovely rural retreat, but you're also close enough for it to not be a trek to get anywhere. Would happily recommend Sunnyside to anyone.

Wonderful remote location in Brecon Beacons. 10 adults and 2 children 3 and under stayed for a weekend for a birthday celebration. Absolutely nothing spoiled our stay. Easy check in and out, clean and spacious. Yes the property could do with an additional shower buts it's worth working with what you've got. Absolutely brilliant.

Perfect for what we wanted
We were 8 adults, 3 children plus 1, nearly, toddler and 2 dogs . The occasion was a 70th birthday celebration. The house was perfect for us. Large and comfortable. It is situated in beautiful countryside but is also within easy access to the town of Brecon, with all its amenities. The owners were very friendly and welcoming. We would certainly recommend it.

Lovely spacious farmhouse in beautiful surroundings
Stayed here for a long weekend of hill walking with family (8 adults and 2 dogs). Farmhouse and surrounding farm is spotlessly clean and well presented. Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need and more. The owners were very friendly and helpful but not intrusive and as promised, Della popped in shortly after we arrived to make herself known and explain where things were. Plenty of parking space close to the house for our four cars. Farmhouse sported a slightly quirky layout which meant I spent most of the weekend heading into the downstairs shower room whilst trying to locate the stairs but there was more than enough space for us all and bedrooms aplenty. All rooms have lovely views over the surrounding countryside, so there were no squabbles either. Brecon is a short drive away and has all the usual pubs, banks and supermarkets. All in all we had a great stay and would recommend.

Relaxed and rested.
Yes totally relaxed and rested. Booked this as a treat to spend some time with our three sons their wives, partners our 4 month old granddaughter and two well behaved collies. On arrival Della gave us a quick tour and instruction, and we were left, but felt that they were near by if we needed anything, well at the bottom of the drive in reality. We were a little concerned when we booked that dogs had to be kept on leads but has its a working farm with livestock understood and respected this. We were given a great surprise however when Della told us we could use the huge field to the side to let the dogs run. And it made our stay that little bit more special. And our very active dogs appreciated it too I am sure. Although understandably, I am sure this would not be available at busier times of the farming calendar, and we thank you. The property wanted for nothing, including space, with 10 adults a baby and two dogs always felt spacious. With ample parking, it was very clean and warm.There is not one single thing I can pick up on. Other than total jealousy that they live in such a fantastic setting. In a word beautiful. We all loved it and all would lime to return some day.

Lovely location, large accommodation for a good price.
We stayed at the house with family, 4 other couples and 2 children and had a lovely few days. The location is fantastic but a little hard to find at first as it doesn't show up on sat nav. Beautiful views in all directions. There is a lot to see and do in the area, its also nice just to walk out from the house. House is very large, and basic. All rooms very clean and comfortable. In description of the cottage it is mentioned that there is WiFi at the house but you can only get it in certain rooms and it is very restricted to what you can use it for (business use) as there is no phone signal I think the WiFi should be unlimited. Kitchen has everything you need but oven is very temperamental so don't plan any gourmet meals. If you are looking for large accommodation in a lovely setting and are not fussed about luxuries then Sunnyside is a good place to stay as it offers great value for money.

What a Find - A real Gem!
Stayed for one night with a group of friends having been let down at the last minute by another holiday let. We arrived to a very warm welcome by Mr & Mrs Morgan who showed us the farmhouse and facilities. Everything was immaculate and very well presented - far exceeding our expectations. We found it very well equipped, spacious and spotlessly clean. The farm on which it is located is also amazingly tidy and well kept. Being only a ten minute drive to Brecon but in a quiet rural setting with stunning views it was the perfect place to stay. Price was very reasonable for the standard of accommodation and we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
