Bedroom 1 has 2 single rise and recline beds. These can be pushed together to become a double. This room is disabled friendly with electronically controlled beds and a HD TV.
There is a large wheel-in en-suite wet room with shower and wc. Disabled alarm system also fitted.
Lounge includes a huge rounded sofa that can sit up to 12, a wood burning fireplace, large HD TV, DVD blue ray player and ipod docking station. Patio doors that open out on to the rear garden area and swimspa.
The fully fitted kitchen includes a large range cooker with gas hob , washer dryer, microwave, dishwasher and full sized fridge freezer. There is also a breakfast bar style area.
Solid oak dining table with seating for up to 12 guests.
Downstairs Cloakroom with WC.
Upstairs...
Bedroom 2 is the master bedroom with a king size 4 poster bed, HDTV and en-suite bathroom with large corner bath and wc. Views across to the Black Mountains and up towards Llyn y Fan can be enjoyed from the windows.

The landing includes a reading area with a selection of books and games and also a relaxing reclining chair.
Garden...
Spectacular Swimspa that can fit up to 14 adults, (shared with small cottage next door). This Swimspa has a jacuzzi setting and also a swim setting and is covered and in a garden area with tables and chairs, a swinging chair and a large BBQ (gas). Most guests make arrangements after they have arrived but there is also an option to reserve the swim spa for 2 hour slots in advance for an additional fee of £30 per session. Available to use up until 10pm.

Comfortable barn conversion to explore the Brecon Beacons
Stayed in Oak Barn with 3 other couples. Well appointed barn conversion. We had the accessible room, which was too hot until we managed to turn down the themostat. Wet room ensuite, but no window so was dark and did not smell fresh.
Good kitchen, dining room table and lounge. Hot tub great to relax in. Plenty of car parking.
Lucky with the weather too.

High Spec Luxury in Wales!!!!
Just returned from a long weekend break to celebrate my daughter's 30th birthday. We hired the whole Crai Valley Eco Lodge complex and had an amazing time. All the lodges are very well equipped and furnished to an extremely high standard, so comfort wherever you go, the hot tubs were certainly a big hit with the party.
The owners Keri and Julie are very welcoming and nothing is too much trouble, we had a great time watching and assisting with the lambing and Keri had the patience of a Saint helping and explaining everything to the children in the party.
Will definitely be making a return journey here in the future!!!!

Fantastic family party house
Stayed here with my family for my mum's 60th for a long weekend. Beautiful house with hi spec fixtures and fittings, brilliantly equipped kitchen, very comfy beds - really warm and cosy. The hot tub, TVs in every room and wifi kept my 10 yr old entertained too. Very nice owners who invited us to help them with the lambing, which was an experience not to be forgotten, and even brought us Welsh cakes. Lovely short walk down to the river and a great pub 2 mins drive away for Sunday lunch - The Tanners Arms.
We'll definitely look to come back here again.

Amazing, superb, fantastic accommodation in great location. Perfect.
Wow, what can I say, we had a fantastic holiday at the Oak Barn holiday cottage. The warm welcome was like meeting old friends and the accommodation was of a higher than 5 star rated property, every little detail had been thought of to ensure you had the most amazing holiday. The swim spa was a delight, and a real winner with the children and the unlimited access to the farm grounds surrounding the property for exploring was brilliant.
I would recommend this property to anyone of all ages and ability to enjoy, and can't wait to go back! Thank you x
