Everything commented on by others elsewhere about location, the terrific view, quality of welcome etc is completely valid. We stayed over Christmas and really appreciated the decorated tree and a slice of Christmas cake. What a beautiful comfy apartment! Tommy our host was warm and welcoming and gave us a detailed tour of the apartment.
