The Yeaman Place Residence is a fantastic, one bedroom apartment, sleeping up to four guests just one mile from the Old Town and Edinburgh’s most popular sightseeing and attractions. The living room has a large window, providing lots of light. A comfy sofa turns in to a soda bed at night, and there is FreeView TV, DVD player and unlimited WiFi. The kitchen is fully fitted, and home to everything you need for a self catering holiday. The master bedroom has a king size bed, lots of storage for guests and a sunny outlook. There is a toilet with sink, and a separate family bathroom with shower over bath. Fountain Park leisure centre is just a minute’s walk away, and is home to Cineworld, soft play, Nandos, Virgin Active gym and other restaurants. There are numerous grocery stores and bars and restaurants in the local area. The number 35 bus stops at the bottom of Yeaman Place on Dundee Street, that takes you to Edinburgh Airport in one direction, and Ocean Terminal (Royal Yacht Britannia) and the Royal Mile in the other direction. A meet and greet service is provided, whereby you will be met at the property to be provided with keys and to be shown the property. Please arrange your arrival with the property manager. Entry to the apartment is from 15:00 onwards; however, please note that arrivals after 19:00 may incur a late arrival fee of 15 pounds for unsociable hours. Earlier entry can perhaps be arranged but depends if there is a departure at your chosen apartment that day. This can be confirmed within 48 hours of arrival. If you are arriving earlier than 16:00 on your day of arrival, it is always worth contacting the property manager as they will always endeavour to give you access as soon as possible. You may be able to arrive early and leave luggage and come back however this is not guaranteed. The latest departure time is 11:00, however, a guaranteed later departure (up to 20:00) can be arranged for a fee of 50% of the daily rate for that day but please note this is subject to no existing booking arriving that day already. A £200 refundable damage/security deposit is due 7 days before arrival, and refunded after departure. All properties are strictly non-smoking, and do not accept hen/stag/party groups. At least one guest must be over 25 years old. Please arrange your arrival with the property manager at least 24 hours before arrival. Check in is from 4pm, and check out is before 11am. Please note that arrivals after 19:00 may incur a late arrival fee of 15 pounds for unsociable hours.More

A modern and well equipped apartment, in a quite neighboorhood, next to Union canal, easy reachable by public transport. For those who may care, there is no lift.
